The Allied States of Tutlingburg is opening its borders to the international community! Our small nation was closed to the world during our long civil war, but will finally open to other nations.

The Allied States of Tutlingburg is a parliamentary democracy, Our Prime minster is Robert J. Browning. Every three years, our thirty-three states elect four representatives to parliament. Our economy is based on manufacturing and agricultural exports. We have 3 major cities, Tutlingburg City (Capital), Creek Bay, and Perrysburg.

All embassies will be constructed in the Embassy District of Tutlingburg City. Each embassy is a three-story building with: a half-acre yard, reinforced concrete fence with steel gate, and a six car garage located on site.The district also includes its own emergency services station. Tutlingburg International airport is located only twenty-five kilometers to the south, with easy access for all diplomatic travel needs.

Rules

- Diplomatic Immunity will apply to Ambassador and Diplomats only. All crimes committed by embassy Security Personnel will be tried locally.
- No heavy military vehicles or armed helicopters are allowed.
- No biological, chemical, or nuclear weapons allowed on embassy grounds.
- Embassy security can carry pistols, or non-lethal weapons. (Heavier weapons may be permitted in special cases.)
- Only six vehicles allowed.
- Only 50 Staff members allowed.
- Only 15 Security Agents allowed

Bryn and his family are a member of the Comideran race under Rutian rule. They are more feline than human. We request that they be treated as any human would be treated.
They have also requested that Arrie be allowed to attend one of your schools rather than have a tutor.
We do request that the embassy have a small garden with at least one tree suitable for climbing.
