OOC:Since this is the same thing EC did with me, I figure I should do something similar to someone who has great talent for someone that appears to be new.

It's a normal day at the Red House in Hatzia. The "Manila-Hatzia Wall" erected between the Philippines and USSMs border is on progress and halfway through the build. Premier Mateo Umaga received a letter this morning from a courier sent to him. He quickly opens the envelope and read the message:

After reading the message, he quickly called for a General Staff Meeting at the Conference Room in Red House. Notable Commissioners and Ministers was there to talk about the message sent by the government of Union Socialist State of Daiwiz.

Field Marshall Pulag: What's the meeting about, Premier?
Premier Umaga: Earlier this morning, I received a letter from the government or Politburo of Union Socialist State of Daiwiz. They will give us military arsenals and weapons. I want to hear your side about this.
Field Marshall Pulag: Ah...Daiwiz...I heard that country. I have been there during a military trainining. They're powerful and influential. The step made by Daiwiz is unbelievable. What are the weapons included there?
Premier Umaga: Here...[passed a copy of the letter to the staffs]..you can see there latest tanks, weapons and arsenals. Also an experiemental plane, with a classification of "X" there.
Field Marshall Pulag: Hmm...not bad at all.
Field Marshall Gurta: Yes...I'm certainly agree with this

Suddenly all the staff in the meeting nods..

Premier Umaga: Alright. We will open 5 landing zones. The areas we will open are at Aparriz, Tarnaks, Pangasinsk, Vult, and Trynsk. Also, I will request an embassy to be putted in their country. Alright, the meeting is now dismissed!

Umaga went back to his office and quickly wrote a letter by himself to the USSD.

It's been a warm welcome for us that a nation, like you, have opened up a deal that we would never even decline and gladly accept it.

We would like to announce that we are open to accept these weapons you have given to us. We have open 5 landing zones for you, the landing zones opened are Aparriz, Tarnaks, Pangasinsk, Vult, and Trynsk. These landing zones will be heavily guarded to avoid insurgents and terrorists to use these weapons against us.

We also would like to ask if we are aloud to build an embassy at one of your cities in your country. As our relation of our countries are both promising and have a good outcome in the future. We also would like to do business with you, starting from economic agreement up to military agreement. We are certainly open. We hope your nation continue flourish.

Mirtilia, I have a few suggestions for your roleplaying, mostly only the speech. It's just my personal preference, which doesn't mean it's right, just whats normaly but not always seen. When you have a conversation with those you control, try writing it like a book. Instead of going:
Bob Smith: bladdy bladdy blah
Crotchy McCrotchington: bladdy blah blahddy.

Try: Crotchy McCrotchington said in a raspy voice "Blady blah bladdy" etc. I find it flows smoother, but it can be more difficult to do so. By the way, whats your first language?

We shall also give you the plans for the M16A5 (http://z10.invisionfree.com/Universal_Defense/index.php?showtopic=12) assault rifle. You will also get a 10% discount at the Universal Defense storefront.

OOC: Daiwiz, I think what Isa meant is that you giving RL designs is entirely unnecessary and not much of a gesture or gift because every nation has the right and ability to produce any RL weapon or vehicle. "They can a design themselves without you needing to hand it to them." And yeah, the better alternative would be to let Mirtilia know that he can have whatever RL design he wants.

((Sorry, thought he knew that lol. EC did the same to me, gave me designs for RL weapons. It's meant as a gesture of good faith, not necessarily to do a whole lot. It was late when I wrote this lol. The M16A5 is my own design, not a RL weapon, BTW. Anyways, wasn't this "technically" dead? I will of course help Mirtilia in the future, its just that this has mostly died.))

OOC: Not yet really. I keep it tracked, until the RP is done. I'm in Asia, that's why my replies almost took a day or two. Hehehe.

Yes. We would even give you a place at the mountain regions. By the way, Union Socialist State of Martilia would also like to do a Joint Military Research for developing new military technologies for both of our armies. We have a research division anchored to our Ministry of Science and Technology.

Also, we would ask if our Ministry of Foreign Affairs could build an embassy at your country.

We are very glad that your nation have been very interested in having diplomatic relations with you. Rest is assured that Martilia will be supporting Daiwiz in any incidents it will get into.
