The Unified Republic Assembly
Exordium
The U.R.A. exists for the purpose of ensuring security of all
members, encouraging mutual co-operation and ensuring the
prosperity and safehood of democracy. Each nation wishing to
join must have a population of at least 150 million to
be admitted.

Rules
1.) The U.R.A will have an legislative body for decision
making, which will be under direct guidance of the Council
Department. Each member will have a representative
ambassador in this assembly to participate in council votes
and any meetings or discussions held.
2.) The U.R.A. will require funds of about 0.5 percent
of each member nation's GDP to the treasury.
3.) The Defense Department will consist of a small armed forces
division, which would be about 2% of each member nation's
armed forces; air force, army, or navy.
4.) Nations must have a population of at least 150
million to join the U.R.A.
5.) No member of the U.R.A. will attack or invade any other member.
If a member does attack another member nation, they shall be expelled.
6.) Members of the U.R.A. shall not levy tariffs exceeding
more than 1.8% against fellow members.
7.) If a member of the U.R.A. is attacked by a non-member state,
all members must assist the attacked member.
8.) Member states may request economic aid from the U.R.A.,
should they suffer any kind of economic crisis.
9.) The Peacekeeping Department is only a peacekeeping security
force with equal treatment of rights in all U.R.A. members.
The Peacekeeping Department is under direct command of the
Joint Chief Council represented by the Defense Department.
Peacekeeping forces shall NOT aid in combat, only for
humanitarian aide.
