The Federation of Mewsland
Mew Mæow I (2Feb-6Nov2397): Born 7Apr2305, Mew Mæow I led Mewsland in the Island Rebellion of 2396, lasting into early 2397 before the Mews took over the island chain. The Mewsland Incidents brought the end of Mew, as his daughter Aelita killed him in order to seize power on 6Nov2397.
Aelita Mæow (6Nov2397-16Nov2406): Born 23Jun2365, Aelita seized power in the Mewsland Incidents, and was later removed from power in the Second Incident and replaced by Mew Meow II.
Mew Mæow II (16Nov2406-): Born 8Sep2375, and having held power since the Mewsland Incidents, Mew II has led the country through steep times, including three recessions in Mewsland. A strange force in the Islands has been keeping Mew II alive, however, he is currently suffering from slight heart problems. At the time, he is not expected to live past 180.

Andrew Hundley (5Apr2009-): The First and only leader of the United States of Pennsylvania, he has lead the country into being a major military power in the world in the 20 years he has held power, while he has not given the nation a stable economy, it is stable enough for the States, he is well liked among the population, always putting the country and its people and their interests before his own, he is expected to retain control of the country until he dies, he is 42.

The Fanboyist Federation of North Atlantic Territories
-(1898-1922) - Grand Patrician Thomas Fillie - Created Federation out of a bunch of broken/failed states in Europe and North America. Created Patricianate, a dictatorship which would rule until the present day (though not technically). Died of old age.
-(1922-1941) - GP Richard Giles - Fillie's successor. Corrupt. Began first wars of defense with neighboring Tredigum and Calimorn (NPC nations). Poisoned.
-(1941-1966) - GP Albert Saunders - Gile's successor. Not as corrupt. Continued Wars of Defense, with more success. Died of cancer.
-(1966-1982) - GP Edward Giles - Gile's son. Saunders' successor. General corrupt scumbag. Finished Wars of Defense. Blamed for economic troubles. Overthrown and executed.
-(1982-Present) - Generalissimo Steven Grimmeberger - Coupster who finished off Giles. Anti-communist. Fixed up economy. Won a few wars. All-around smart (if somewhat of an asshole) and pragmatic. Current leader. High marks.

The Fascist Federation of The Grand World Order
Grand Commander Griffith Artiche
Led a collection of militias to re-establish order in several nations destroyed in a nuclear war, then overthrew the Democratic government. Griffith was also a philosopher of Fascism, and established the codes and laws still in effect in the GWO. Ruled until his helicopter crashed into the Spire during the opening of Magna Polis. Before the creation of the GWO, Griffith Artiche served as a US Marine before going on to be a US Marshal, CIA Special Activities Division operative, and eventually a member of the Joint Cheifs of Staff.

Known as the son of Griffith Artiche, but in reality is a genetic clone created by "Fetus Hijacking." Was the first and only Grand Commander to have been assassinated. He was killed by a Liberty Confederation rebel named Nathan Slusher, in front of a battalion of S.T.F. Agents who committed suicide in shame on the next day.

Absolom Delray(1742 - 1801) 1st President of the United States of Cookesland (1790 - 1798)
Originally an army officer, he was promoted to head of colonial forces during the War of Independence. He held the fledgling country together in times of hardship and disorganization. During his tenure he presided over the foundation of the armed forces and judicial system. He is usually ranked amoung the greatest of Cookeslandic Presidents.

Alan Foxswift (1951 - present) Current President of the United States of Cookesland (2002-present)
The current President, his Presidency has been marked by a great deal of internationalism and expansion.

He is known for his strong support of cutting-edge scientific research and human rights, but is criticized by some as too interventionist.

EMPEROR Ferstosh Chailok(Born 2038- Died 2069)(Ruled 2054- 2069)
Came to power in the Great Blood Rebel War (2052-2054) and overthrew the Antok Council which had ruled for as long as people could remember. People thought of him as a strong yet corrupt and oppressive leader. He was killed by Afiken Hastilings in 2069 who planted a bomb in the palace chambers during a large uprising outside the building.

EMPEROR Yuashik Holika(Born 2052- Died 2118)(Ruled 2069- 2118)
Yuashik is regarded as the emperor who did the most good for Jinaquai. He led the Jinaquian army against a small force of rebels in the Ten Day War (2074). He later died of a strange mutagenic disease which later became known as the Emperor's curse.

GRAND ORDER OF PEACE(Born ?- Died 2138)(Ruled 2119-2138)
During a small period of peace in Jinaquai, the Grand Order of Peace was set up to rule over the empire. They were hated by the remaining monarchy, especially Horad Hisk who had been next in line for the throne. In 2138, while all members of the order were in one building, the Army of the Emperor's stormed the place and killed every member. Hisk took power.

GRAND EMPORER Hisk(Born 2117- Died 2200)(Ruled 2138- 2200)
He was the most blood-thirsty and tyrannical dictator that Jinaquai had ever seen. He single handedly destroyed Jinaquai's Honor and Economy. The first Thermo-nuclear war took place under Hisk's command, transforming most of Jinaquai’s peaceful areas into barren wastelands. When he was on the verge of death from old age, he was assassinated by young Blood Rebel, Visente Visakay who shot him in the back of the head while he was sleeping.

HOLY EMPEROR Laxos Enios(Born ?- Died ?)(Ruled 2201- ?)
An apparent 'immortal' entity that came to Jinaquai from the gods. His face has never been seen because of the plated helmet he wears at all times. As he has ruled for over 300 years, some consider him to be an alien or mutated being. He showed his true powers to the public in 2296 when he executed a prisoner in the capital, before millions of onlookers. He had no weapon and the prisoner merely fell over dead in front of him.
