OOC: My account as Fluffywuffy is considered dead, somehow, so I created this dummy nation to post in the forums again.

For so long have the faithful been waiting. Long has been the darkness, short the light. For it was thought that the glory of the Second Empire of Fluffywuffy would never be unleashed upon the world again. But the people rejoice, for a new Empire has arisen to take its place. A new heir has been found.

Peoples of the world, fear note. The guiding hand of the Third Empire shall be gentle to her people, gentle to the world. We do not seek war, we seek peace and prosperity. We ask that the halls of the nations welcome us back.

The Metropolitan-Regional Council of Hydrosteria extends it's warm greetings to your newly appointed emporer and wishes your nation sucess and glory in it's future endeavours.

And so it began anew.

The new Emperor had been barely able to contain his desire for glory. He had put on grand spectacles of military parades, sent glorious air shows to all the nation's major cities. But deep inside, deep in his iron heart, he knew that this would not be enough to satisfy his vanity. No; his vanity required that other nations be witness to his glory, to kiss his ring and bow before him.

Ha, he thought. This little nation wishes us well. It wishes me well. How nice and thoughtful. Perhaps they can give me what I need. The Emperor turned to his ministers and convened them.

Another parade they thought. They could tell by the hungry look in his eyes that some at some level he was unsatisfied. Lately, his remedy had been parades. The Emperor sensed this, answering before they could ask what he desired.

"This is a parade I seek. Invite the leaders of Hydrosteria, this time."

"Yes, mi lord."

Chancellor Evard was a busy man, indeed, with an entire nation to secure after the revolution and it's assets to be put to order he was rather rushed off his feet; but Hydrosterias relations with other nations were also of paramount importance; thus, he decided to take up the offer that the Fluffywuffy Empire had extended to him.

Although the times are busy for my administration I believe that foreign relations are of paramount importance, as such, I am most pleased to accept your most generous invitation in the hope that our nations can become more equainted.

[OOC: Aye, your nation died more than a year ago (in early 2006 as I recall), so Jolt purged your account, as it does with all accounts more than a year old. Same thing happened to Saevitian Archipelago. That's why I have this puppet now.]

Official CSSA Communication

The Constitutional Sovereignty of Saevitian Archipelago recognizes the legitimacy of the Third Empire of Fluffywuffy, as it does not represent a change in government but rather one of leadership, and previous leadership has shown itself adequately capable of ruling a nation successfully, evidenced by the Third Empire's current state of prosperity.

Should the Third Empire so desire it would be amenable to the CSSA, at some future date, to open more formal diplomatic relations with it, such as an exchange of embassies, a formal trade agreement, or any other such benchmark of diplomacy. When such an interest occurs to the representatives of said Empire, communication should be addressed to the Crown Secretariat of Foreign Affairs expressing Fluffywuffy's desires towards Saevitia.

Official Communique to the Crown Secretariat of Foreign Affairs

The Emperor himself is delighted at the Saevitian Archipelago's recognition of his declaration of a new Empire.

The Third Empire is absolutely amenable to open formal diplomatic relations with the Constitutional Sovereignty. In a show of goodwill and friendship the Trade Ministry has decreed that all trade from the Constitutional Sovereignty shall enter the nation untaxed and unimpeded in the interests of free and fair trade. In the interests of promoting further acts of diplomacy and good will, the Third Empire also expresses its desire to exchange embassies.
