It's been a nice and happy day for the Martilians as they gained independence from their Filipino oppressors. As the day continued, series of violence happened between the borders of Philippines-Martilia in the Manila border. Martilians threw stones, debris to Filipino soldiers, policemen and citizens as they yell to them "Hah! Filipinos doesnt stand a chance! They'll soon fell within the hands of Martilian Government!!". Riot broke out in the borders, Maritilian Civil Guards was sent on the scene and also Filipino soldiers as if a war will broke out soon enough. Luckily, the riot ended.

A few hours after the declaration of independence, the Martilian government passed the Northern Manila Law, which states that the Northern Portion of the City of Manila will be under the Martilian government and a wall will be constructed lining up into the Rizal Monument in Luneta. This enraged the Philippine government and sent their soldiers to the Martilia-Philippine border. It gets worse when the Filipino troops moved in through the Martilian border, a battle was broken out between Filipino troops and Martilian Civil Guards for around 3 hours. The Filipino troops did clearly have the upperhand in the battle but they decided to fall back to the border. The battle ended with Martilian Civil Guards having the most troops died and wounded.

After the incident, the Martilian government passed the Military Defense Law which states that the Martilian Civil Guards will be upgraded into Martilian Red Army which will be the backbone of Martilia. Also the Martilian government has started to decide who will be the members of the Congress and the members of the Politburo.
