Plethece was a very brilliant city with elegant architecture. The Dobrok river ran through it and the communists had decided Plethece would NOT go through the "Homogenization Program" the other cities went through becuase the architecture was so historic.
It was free from the cranes and construction of the other cities in Bulgislavia and so Mehmet had choosen this spot for a grand international gathering so Bulgislavia could find support and friends in the international community.
The Official party line set in January was that Bulgislavia was to have no contact with any country that was not communist except for a few exception but because Isolationism had brought it hardly any gains Humar convinced Mehmet to change this policy.
A telegram was sent out to all heads of state that may show any form of interest in coming to this convention.

To the heads of states of the whole world
We invite you to take part in a grand event held in the Peoples Socialist Republic of Bulgislavia. It will be a convention featuring a number of leaders from around the world to talk about worldly events and stregnthen relations.
Any country can send a delegation no matter what government type as long as you would like to build up a relationship with Bulgislavia. We would like to promote trade and to open up to the world.
If you would like to come or send a delegation or any form of representation you will be very welcome to attend.
We look foward to meeting with you all.

It will take place on APRIL 8th 2009
The foriegn guests will arrive at the Plethece Workers Airport
They will be taken to the Plethece Peoples Hotel
The Convention will take place in the Hall of Party Victory in central Plethece
Food and drink will be provided. The Bulgislavian leadership will greet the international guests. Heads of state will be able to use some time to mix and mingle and friendships and relations with be streangthened
Plethece is a historic city situated in central Bulgislavia with the Dorbrok river running through the middle. It has a lot of pre-war architecture and was able to still survive the 1975 Terevesti earthquake. We hope to see you here.
