Official Declaration of Independence
The newly formed government of Communist Russia09 have declared itself free and independent from its former parent state and evokes the right of sovereignty within its border and the right to defend itself from foreign interference. Our nations capital is Cardia. We are forming our military for defense of our national borders and offense for protecting our interests. We have issued this declaration in a effort to be recognized in the international community and for fielding questions from other nations in regards to our national government and economic style
