Conversly i'm afraid to say i'll be taking this step by step, so whether or not the M.R.A becomes aware of your operations depends on your actions onboard the oil rig :D After all, you can't expect to walk into another nations territory, board an oil rig filled to the brim with uranium run by a multi personality prone character and leave skipping out mission accomplished.
After all, my main character will do eveything to keep this organisation running, and my nation will be doing everything to protect it's ideas and security. Also, you do realise that the company is doing nothing wrong, whilst you on the other hand are about to breach any number of laws. Let's hope this doesn't escalate past a mere buisness deal into a full blown international incident ;)
I'll let your submarine draw close unopposed, things will be more interesting when your actually on the oil rig, it will give you more options to consider as to what you want to do; also the exchange between the Director and your members could be potentially intriguing.
Anyway, send in your sub, board in what way you deem but don't go further than stepping foot on the station so I can set the scene. (It rhymes!)

OOC: I'm fully aware of the situation. I'm reasonably aware of the capabilities of a Type 629 "Golf Class" 1960s-era diesel-electric Soviet submarine, my Virginia-Class boat, the SEAL Delivery System, and have taken no steps to God-mod anything relating to your assets (to the best of my knowledge).
And I beg to differ with you about breaking laws, because I'm not going to be breaking any. I am going to (possibly) be committing acts of war.

Do not worry, I was not implying you were god modding of any sort.
An act of war eh? Blargh, that could be annoying :L Still, what can I expect with an evil genius on the loose. Regardless, if it comes to anything my nation will be engaging in diplomacy first and foremost. Also my evil genius has a trick up his sleeve "just in case" Could be rather incriminating on your part, step lightly ;)
Note: I've always been a FT player so this is proving to be QUITE the learning curve :)
