Also if this is MT attacking a CIS/CIN member wouldnt be very samrt move,but as this is FT i dont see any problems and Charzak no one will intervene as CIS/CIN are not FT alliances.
Edit My bad some CIN members are Future-tech.

Actually there are a few FT nations within the CIN, including one of the founders North Mack. Especially since North Mack is one of the larger of the alliance, he would easily walk over Charzak .
