Elder Statesmen Tanner Kilo, the former President, is known for speaking softly and carrying a large stick; credited widely for returning ViZion into a position of economy power; for putting ViZion onto the map as one of the elite nations across the globe, even while being almost void of military conflicts during his term is passing on the torch.
Tanner Kilo is considered one of ViZion's all-time greatest Presidents. Many draw connections between him and Hiro "Chiefy" Ando, widely accepted as ViZion's greatest leader of all time, for his presence and strong will and desire to rebuild ViZion and his ability to turn ViZion from a massive pile of rubble following the Decade War, set off by a civil war, into what it is today - an economic powerhouse unrivaled by almost any nation on the planet.
Even though he was one to be big on a strong military, the military saw little action. A few small actions were taken, but hardly anything to write home about. ViZion was surprisingly uninvolved in military conflicts.
And now the new President, Barry Gio, is a stylish young 35 year old. He continues on the tradition of being a powerful, outspoken figure seeking to keep ViZion at the very front of the pack across the globe. There is still much to improve on, even while the country enjoys such economic prosperity.

There's still room to grow in that area, while the military still has much to improve upon, infrastructure still has areas of need, and then there's of course the continued issue of ViZion having lost its primary homeland, Italy, as well as Tunisia illegally by foreign countries who chose to exploit ViZion in the midst of a civil war.
And that is exactly what President Barry Gio plans to continue to work towards as the newly elected President of the Constitutional Federal Republic of ViZion. The people spoke, and Barry is the man for ViZion.
