The Department of International Affairs has established protocols for the establishment of foreign missions or embassies within the borders of the Republic of New South Ontario. All interested nations are invited to file an application with the Office of Foreign Credentials Management by filling out the attached application.

Please note the following regulations as established by law:

1. The Government of the Republic of New South Ontario will respect all diplomatic bags and packages and exempt them from any kind of search or examination, other than for appropriate paperwork to ensure their authenticity in all cases. This includes upon entry to Ontarian territory, at all airports and seaports, at all customs checkpoints and at all times while the packages are in Ontarian territory. This immunity will only be revoked if necessary during times of war with the nations directly involved (not including neutral allies). This immunity is granted in accordance with international norms and standards and all foreign diplomatic staff may be expelled from New South Ontario if it is abused in any way.

2. All foreign missions will benefit from routine patrols conducted by the New South Ontario Federal Investigative Service's Foreign Protective Service. These patrols will ensure that all foreign missions will always have assistance nearby should it be needed and will help to increase security around the exterior of the mission. Internal security and access control remains the sole responsibility of the represented nation and that jurisdiction will be respected at all times.

3. Security personnel may not outnumber diplomatic personnel.

4. Weapons kept on-site or used by diplomatic or security personnel will be limited to OC spray, semi-automatic pistols and/or revolvers, or submachine guns. Tasers, batons and knives are strictly prohibited as are military grade weapons. Should a foreign embassy feel that they require additional protection due to an exceptional threat, assistance from the Government of New South Ontario may be requested.

5. No diplomatic or security staff may seek employment outside of the service of their foreign mission while in New South Ontario.

6. All diplomatic and security personnel are exempt from the payment of income taxes to the Government of New South Ontario.

7. Other laws and regulations apply, but a general immunity is granted to all diplomatic staff. Upon the commission of a serious crime, however, diplomatic staff may be expelled from New South Ontario or in extreme cases, the foreign mission they represent may be closed and its entire staff removed from New South Ontario.

-All 5 diplomats need their own office.
-Their should be a general workspace for all personall secretaries to work.
-We need a press Room
-The embassy spokesperson needs his own office.
