Ras Al-Kut, Nurzeyestan
Allah was most merciful, He had done much, showed the path of truth to the people of Nurzeyestan, and now, He had blessed them with a gift, and the people of Nurzeyestan now would see a chance to escape the grinding poverty of the nation.
The head of the Ulama, Muhammad Al-Zulfiqar, supreme leader of the Islamic Emirate sat as he considered the options of the Emirate and its people. They sat on oil, a reservoir stretching from the city of Al-Zubayr in the north to Qadis’ya. A crescent of black gold which would bring prosperity to the nation long torn by anarchy and chaos, certainly proof of the majesty and power of Allah. It would buy a future. Allah was merciful, but much had to be done. The nation lacked the ability to place the infrastructure to reap the rewards of this blessing, but, perhaps the nations of the world would help.
Muhammad Al-Zulfiqar would have to enlist the infidel and false Muslims if Nurzeyestan was to access the oil buried under the sands of the north. This thought troubled him, but that would not matter, Allah had given it to them, and they would take it.
With a small bit of hesitation, the Supreme Leader prepared a statement:
“Nations of the world, the Islamic Emirate of Nurzeyestan holds underneath the sands of our nation a large quantity of oil which, sadly, we lack the means or expertise to access. We request unto the world the possibility of permitting foreigners to assist us with this, and will look forward to any future offers from foreign companies.”
In the Name of Allah, Most Merciful,
Muhammad Al-Zulfiqar
