The Story Line: Based on the works of Jules Verne, H.G. Wells, Mark Twain, Edger Rice Boroughs, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Bram Stoker and Cyrano de Bergerac. This RP is set in 1870 to the end of 1905.
Around the world, sighting of Mysterious Objects call "Phantom Air ships" have caused panic among many and fears of invasion from Outer Space. It is also a Age of Innovation as people have started trying to make airships of their own, even ideas of space flight have started.
But when Rumors of a Sea Monster, Bright Flashes on Mars, a Killer lose in London and papers of a lost explorer start appearing, the world will never be the same. Already, evil forces plan on making the 19th Century "The End Time" as two European powers; France and Prussia, are now heading strait into a War that will change Europe for ever, while on the desert planet of Mars, a Civil War threatens all as the Cydonian Empire sets it's eyes on Earth, and it's life forms.

Ruler of the Second French Empire, He is like is uncle, The Dreaded Napoleon I. He once put a Austrian in as Emperor of Mexico, till the Americans forced him out. he still has plans for Africa and the Middle east, but he his faced the new enemies, such as The Might of Prussia. Now he is facing a new war, The Franco-Prussian War.
Otto Von Bismark
one of the most Powerful men in Prussia, He is supporter of a unified Germany and plans to have The Prussian king be made Kaiser of a German Empire. After helping in the defeat of Austria, he sets his sights on defeating the French.
Emperor Meiji of Japan
After kicking out the Shogun, Meiji is the ruler of a Modern Japan. Knowing his nation need to be modern to keep it from ending up like Neighboring China, he is modernizing the Military to become the most powerful in all Asia.
Empress Dowager Cixi of The Great Qing Empire of China
a cunning and dangerous woman, a villain in the eyes of her people, Cixi plots to drive The "Foreign devils" from China, but all she is doing is making China sick. She sees that 19th Century as a era for her rise as Queen of Heaven and Earth.
Grigori Rasputin; The Mad Monk
a Young boy in the 1870s, later on, he will grow and become the power behind the throne of Russia.

Count Vlad Dracula
Also known as Vlad the Impaler, Dracula sold his own sold to The Devil and became a Vampire, a blood drinker. He is the most feared creature in Transylvania, an now he plans on heading to a new country, one known as England.
Dr. Henry Jekyll
a Well Respected Doctor, Jekyll was always known for trying to find out if there were two sides to a man. He believes that man is two people, one good, the other evil. He seeks to separate both to try and make man kind better.

However, money goes a long way, thus he graduated last in his class from another college, to which his father donated an entire building. Since than, he has been out and about, seeking out the more pleasurable things in life, as he has always done. It is not that he is stupid, quite the opposite actually, he is quite bright, however he simply didn't care much for school.
