A message to anyone interested in an arms race

We challenge you to try to create a nuclear weapon capable of destroying entire civilizations. our scientists are already working on it now

The rules:
1. You may NOT godmod and say that you got it done in one day (We've been researching for weeks).
2. You MUST have the resourses to build nuclear weapons (Uranium, metal, etc.)
3. You MUST have a good economy or better. (I will be checking your homepage!)
4. NO HELPERS, you may NOT have another country help you.
5. If you violate ANY of these rules. you will be disqualified and nuked to death.

OOC: How do you destroy a civilization? Do you mean destroy an entire nation? Do you mean kill an entire national population? If so, how big is the target nation.population? How advanced are they?

We already have one of those, in the form of the SS-65 Shellshock (http://i39.tinypic.com/23tfbxe.jpg) MIRV Strategic Retaliation Missile, with capability for 20 warheads of respectable yield, and by respectable I mean megaton yield.
Thing is, missiles of that size are rather easy to intercept, so it can wipe out small civilizations, but only theoretically.

Unless you mean wiping out a small civilization with one nuclear bomb. In that case, it's impossible.
