Following the recent further establishment of UAPFS as the center of worship and administration in Augarundus, as well as the deeper propaganda in which is now delves, it has become common knowledge to the world what UAPFS intends to wreak upon countless victims.

After a parade involving some ten-thousand Black Army soldiers at Scarlet Plateau in the capitol, the dictator, Chancellor Wilhelm, declared the necessity for further purging of the populace and the installment of inquisitions. Citizens of non-Augarian descent will be interrogated for possible treason, whilst practitioners of religion will suffer immediate execution.

The characteristically stoic response of the population indicated the level at which propaganda had eradicated emotion in Augarundus. Furthermore, the Chancellor had ordered more troops to press into nearby Temeev, where he is making a daring attempt to seize the capitol city.

Thus comes the Third Purging of Augarundus.

Forces from the nation directly east of Augarundus (Gratzovka) have begun pressing into the northernmost regions of Augarundus. However, casualties as a result of both Augarian attacks and the frigid cold of Augarian mountains have weighed heavily on the Gratzovkan army, which has lost 50% of its men within the first month of attacking. Augarian counterattacks are frequent, and the war has come to a slant for Augarundus. With terrain advantages, higher troop counts, more highly trained troops, and better coordination, Augarian forces are tearing through the Gratzovkan retaliation effort like tissue paper.

Even so, public appeal in Augarundus remains high, galvanized by terrorist attacks (possibly executed by the Augarian government itself) made on various government and commercial structures in the capitol city of Augaria.

OOC: The state religion of Augarundus ((where's my factbook? ;) )) is Catholic apostasy. The Communist Reich of Augarundus was preceded by the Holy Empire of Augarundus, a Catholic theocracy. However, in a communist coup performed by the political party, UAPFS (United Augarian Peoples' Free Socialist Party), the government was overthrown in an event known as the First Purging. Later, a much larger purging, the Second Purging, commenced the execution of practitioners of religion and declared Catholic far-apostasy the state religion (apostasy is the belief in God, but hatred toward him... at least in the case of "far" apostasy. This state religion follows the Catholic belief system, but is an inverted opposite)).

So yes, the government is essentially going Nazi on its residents and will proceed to executing traitors (okay, even the most liberal nation can agree that terrorists and traitors should be executed/imprisoned for life. It doesn't violate international law) and to killing off practitioners of religion (this is debatable internationally. It's evil, yes, and should never be performed.However sick and twisted this may sound, they are disobeying the law of my country by practicing a religion as it is "corrupting their minds". The sole purpose of banning religion is to not allow another information source that contradicts propaganda to bend the masses to its will. Depending on how much your nation values morals- and I commend you if you do- then an invasion/ultimatum/diplomacy/covert operations may be necessary).

Augarundus and Augarutzen are two of them. Augarutzen is a colony of Augarundus. Together, they have roughly 1 billion residents.

Temeev is an ultra-liberal democracy... hippy/wimpy-ish. It's conquered by Augarundus every month or so.

Gratzovka is like Israel. It just barely survives Augarundus' wrath.

In order to ensure the continual growth and stability of the Communist Reich of Augarundus, as well as the public safety and welfare of its people, rights banned from the Constitution of the Holy Empire of Augarundus will now be more heavily punishable. A total of 450 essential human rights were banned overnight for the sole purpose of controlling the Augarian population.

Futhermore, military service has become compulsory for Augarundus (ages 18-25) and the Dominion of Augarutzen (ages 18-28). 7% of both populations are hereby ordered to serve in the Augarian military (that is roughly 60,000,000 troops total), most of which will serve in the state police.

The capitol of Temeev has also fallen due to the recent surge of Augarian forces. Therefore, the Most Serene Republic of Temeev has ceased to exist. Rather, the Commonwealth of Temeev (another colony of Augarundus) has been established. As a result of the lessening need for troops on the Temeevi front, Augarian troop movements have been recorded moving westward, toward Gratzovka.

The total number of dead from genocide, so far, is uncounted, but estimated at a quarter-million.

The Dominion of Bohovia is currently voting on whether do deploy are troops, we will soon have an update. If they vote in favour, we will deploy a few thousand of our troops and tanks. We will insure that citizens are safe while these attacks take place, they will be transfered to a shelter.

The Mei-Dai Military had a plan to end the Genocide: a Blockade of Augarundus. Since it had too few Surface ships, The People's Imperial navy was to use another type of ship, The Submarine, to handle the blockade of the enemy nation.

The Sub in use by Mei-Dai was The Type 039 Song-class Attack Submarine (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Song_class_submarine) There were 20 subs in the navy, but more were to be built to expand the sub fleet. It was hope that The Submarines in enemy waters would keep Ships away from Augarundus. Strangulating the enemy till they gave in.

The Subs were also to hunt down and destroy any enemy warships they came across.

The Government of Mei-Dai had not declare war yet, but it was nearing one.

It has been noted that an aggressive stance, towards numermous allies of the Imperial Republic, is present within The Communist Reich of Augarundus. Delving deeper into the situation, the Imperial Republic's Intelligence Agency has concluded that a genocide of Augarian citizens deemed traitorous, as well as Augarian citizens not following the Catholic apostasy religion is being undergone within Augarundus. These acts are appalling at best, putting it lightly.

Despite the volume of these transgression, the Imperial Republic is slow to violence in this situation. Being that no Grestonian expatriates have been harmed as of yet, we have no reason to come to battle. However, we are authorizing a cease of trade between our two states and are calling for every other civilized nation as well to do so.

The Communist Reich of Augarundus is hereby classified as an illegally operating government and thereby legally considered a terrorist organization. If aggression is to arise between The Communist Reich of Augarundus and Grestonian allies, or Greston herself, a state of war will exist.
