Attention Nations: After years of endless fighting, TRBI is ever continuing the road to peaceful relations. We hope this program will help better relations.

About: The Ryou Black Islands (TRBI) was a monarchy comprised of immigrants from various parts of the Xanadou and Pacific seas in the early part of the 18th Century. As a modern country, Ryou has touched more than enough nerves to land it in several tight spots. Following the demise of the old Monarchy, Ryou's ally The Republic of Kanami (ooc: That's me actually) acquired control of the Government and has since then, been shaping it into a democracy. TRBI at present remains a transitional republic until it's economy is rebuilt.

Grand Chancellor Haurhisa Shinkai was recently elected in a free and open election.

Weapons Present: Marines carry MAC-303 rifles, Wolf Legion Commandos carry MR-Cs and Desert Eagles and the Close Protection Squad use MACs PDW version of the 303. Also 2 MAC-303 DMRs and an AT4 launcher is to be placed in the embassies secure lockdown.

Notes: Whilst the security may seem a bit heavy, this is the standard embassy protection package, it has some flexibility and parts may be removed at the descretion of the hosting country.
