Tren'Lar apartment building
The Alarm clock buzzed it's annoying greeting. James Bauer groaned as he felt around with his hand for the Clock. When he couldn't find it, he groaned again and hauled himself out of bed.
"I hate mondays" He Muttered as he walked over to the kitchen and got a carton of Orange from the fridge and poured it into a glass. walking over to the expanse of windows that all the Apartments enjoyed he looked down at the street, a good 25 stories below. He smiled his first smile of the day as he sipped his drink. Putting the drink down James went over to the TV and switched over to the Battlehawk News. With that on, he began to do his morning exercise.
"...Thats right stan" The TV reporter said "The Sentinal Falcons were defeated by the Tren'Lar Eagles in last nights epic match"
James grinned at this, knowing his partner wouldn't.
James was soon walking along the pavement in the Downtown area of the city. Kids were running back and forth, some for the school bus's, some after their friends. The traffic was light this morning and the sun shone down through the cloudless sky. The walk was far to the Poliice precinct that James worked at. Standing in the Foyer, was a very annoyed looking woman, already in her Police blues.
"Alright Joe, cough it up" James grinned as he walked over. The woman grimaced and handed over a hundred Hawko bill.
"They could have won" She commented.
"Yea, But they didn't" James grinned.
"Go and get your blues on, slowcoach" Joe smiled at last.
James pulled a face before heading for the locker room
Tren'Lar Trust Bank
Three Hours Later
The Area around the Bank was completey full of TLPD officers. SHot flew across the street as the heavily armed suspects fired at covering cops.
One of the Cops ran across the street he was downed by a Suspect.
"OFficer down, requesting SWAT code 2"
The TL Trust Bank was normally packed at this time of day, and was popular with foreigners as well. SWAT would soon arrive and the stand-off would soon begin.
