Our past war was devastating I must admit, but that was not enough to even slightly shake the foundations of The New Soivet Union! But now, after my warning, you replied with a nuclear attack! That is it, were back in the war, and this time, you won't be so lucky.
Genetically enhanced Super Soldiers armed and ready.
Enhanced Scud defense system armed.
All Soviet Aircraft fueled and ready.
All Military land and sea vehicles fueled and ready
and of course, all Nuclear weapons armed
Just so you know here are some new warriors coming to the battlefield:
The all new MiG-45 Fighter (All Information classified)
Biological weapons (All Information classified)
Anti-Aircraft Infantry (All Information classified)
More powerful Nuclear weapons (New, more powerful Isotope)
And finally, Absolute zero missiles (All information classified)

The Government of Rolling Dead is now passing out Potassium Iodide pills to its populace.
All Nations with an Embassy Workers in Rolling Dead will be receiving the pills if they wish.

The useless posturing of The New Soivet Union finally got on the President's last nerve, and he ordered the entire bomber force to attack them. Once the bombers were over The New Soivet Union, they proceeded to carpet bomb the whole nation with thousands of bombs which would not detonate upon impact, but instead unveil a speaker which would blare out a single song over and over. After the speakers were unveiled, the song that came out was "Never Gonna Give You Up" by Rick Astley, which caused the citizens of The New Soivet Union to kill themselves.
