The Republic of the Marktoria State, the head govenment of Marktoria region, has recently stumbled upon an astonishing discovery. while mining for minerals in the Marktorian Alps, miners discovered traces of Uranium. The Marktorian Parlimentary Senate, the unicameral federal legislature of Marktoria consisting of 88 members, voted unanimously upon the building of an enrichment facility to process the unrefined Uranium. "This is an important leap for Marktoria," says Congressman Smith,"we will be able to use this refined uranium for powering our cities and industries without harming the enviroment." The Marktorian Prime Minister,Mark Davis has reassured the international community that nuclear weopons will eventialy be built in years to come, but the main priority is for domestic and industrial growth. The Marktoria State plans to update the international community as soon as the enrichment facility is built.

In addition to freely (as in, at zero cost) helping you research in this field of technological innovation; which includes refinement of uranium, more efficient methods of mining, etc, we will also freely build all the facilities needed for such projects, now and in the future. This will all be out of the pocket of the Taboksol state, and the length of this agreement can be negotiated afterwards.

Natrually, we will want 15% of all refined uranium production; this won't be after until we build all announced facilities (giving you room for a greater margin of industrial and urban growth still). We eagerly await your answer.
