An offer you can't refuse! Invest in Sin'sasang! A rising edifice of capitalism!
The Sin'sasang region is being re-granted the status of an autonomous region, and all economic controls on it are now being officially eased and de-centralized. This decision comes after a failure of Songun Congress to keep withheld its' genuine plans through the pretext of a satellite launch, which, *cough*, won't be gone into detail.
Sin'sasang is a lovely, large (7,250 square miles), and already-prosperous region under the methods of the Juche economic system; being the most developed center of Light Industry in the country, it was seen as most suitable for investment into it by private foreign companies.
There are several things I will be permitting you to do:
- You can register a company or set of companies (Chaebol) under a Ltd. type registrar applicable exclusively to the Taboksol legislature, protecting all intellectual innovations and else from any state sabotage unless permitted. This will cost $1,000,000.
- You can buy land; pre-existing office space costs $20/square meter. Pre-existing factory space costs $30/square meter. Although, if you want to establish your own construction spaces and wish simply to acquire the rights to land, it will only cost $10/square meter -- although you are bound to using state-approved sub-contractors and state-approved cement suppliers; the only ones in this are being Taboksol Sub-Contracting and Taboksol National Cement. While this is entirely subsidized by the state, it may slow the construction process considerably.
- You can apply for a loan from the Central Bank; in this case of the creditor being lender to a private partnership, these are flexible and at a rate of interest agreed mutually by the state and your own company or registrar.
Infrastructure and resource extraction companies will naturally be given priority.
There is a workforce of 12,500,000 people, and the average salary is currently $180/NS month (every 2 RL hours).
Investments made:
The Chazaka Defense Company possesses 300,000 square meters in factory space at $9,000,000, and now owns the once-state-owned company of Taboksol Rail Sinsasang branch.
Registered companies:
Chazaka Defence Company, Ltd. (#00001)
