In an effort to extend the usefulness of its F-15s and F-16s against more maneuverable fighters, the ASoGM will begin upgrading its F-15s with the F-15 Active program, while it's F-16s will benefit from the F-16 Vista program. Further enhancements to these aircraft are being considered, but won't share the budget for the Active and Vista upgrades.

Subject: Avionics conversion offer
The CLEX-32 experimental air superiority fighter of the AEROCON, which served as the foundation for the development of the CL-32A (http://forums3.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=13697159&postcount=8) Buitre Air Superiority Fighter, had an airframe similar to that of the F-16, and its early FADEC and fly-by-wire setups optimized for such configuration have been kept as a backup for future avionics research. At the same hand, the CL-32 airframe have similarities with the F-16XL Cranked Arrow's. Thus we have found it entirely possible to convert many of the cutting-edge avionics (http://forums3.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=13614132&postcount=6) of a CL-32A for a F-16, from the automatic target recognition system, which allows for targets to be precisely identified, to its Intelliview Tactical MFD system, which may be implemented to replace the aging analog cockpit displays of the F-16 at a much more compact solution, while integrating with targeting systems, which allow for two simultaneously target locks. Likewise, as both the CLEX-32 and the CL-32 were developed with extensive vectored thrust capabilities, such conversion would also provide the FADEC and fly-by-wire capabilities to maximize the VISTA vectored thrust potential. If agreed upon, we will be willing to negotiate the details of the avionics conversion program personally with your representatives, as it shall extend the operational usability of your F-16 fighters by at least twenty years.
Likewise, we are also analyzing the viability adapting a F-16 airframe for the EX-140 turbofan and for the VA-75 lift fan. If viable, we may also offer the possible development of a short take-off and landing variant for Carrier-based operations.
