Deep in the jungles of the Soviet System colony of Jamerica a group of 500 black armed rebels moved silently. They were armed with AK-47's and lead by Zulak Marley, a man labeled a terrorist by the Soviet System Government. They could just see the Soviet Army Barrack as they stopped. Zulak turned and spoke to his men,

"This day we will begin the fight for the liberation of our home, for to long these Soviets have kept us under their wing. They came here 400 years ago and conquered the Reggae Empire, our empire. Now we will deal a blow to the Soviet Empire, for New Reggae!" He turned around and charged out of the trees, along with his 500 men following, shooting their AK's at the Barracks, storming in before the garrison had time to grab their guns. Forcing their way in the rebels slaughtered the garrison and took the weapons. Then sending a broadcast thought all of Jamerica, ordering armed revolt.

30 minutes later thousands of young men from the towns and cities near by were coming to the barracks, to grab their guns and fight

The man speaking wore a marines uniform, holding his gask-masked helmet under one arm, pointing to the barracks on a satellite image being projected on a screen behind him with a small stick and a very bored look on his face. "Basically, the usual when these anarchistic idiots get it into their heads that they can run themselves." The man speaking sat down, to be replaced with another man in exactly the same uniform.
"The question is of course whether we should help them or not. On the one hand, helping the rebels may give our own colonies silly ideas, which would lead to us breaking out the tear gas. On the other hand, they are rebelling against commies, which is exactly what we want." The man sat down and the room was silent for a moment.
"Very well. We'll think it over then. You are dismissed, captain."
"Sir."

Due to recent developments in your nation, the Volzgradien government would like to extent the arm of aid and mutual support to your movement. If you are interested, then we are more then willing to supply you with the arms and equipment necessary to break away from the Communist yoke of the Soviet System. We are also willing to sent several squads of our special forces to both aid in your rebellion and train your troops in the art of warfare. Due to the inevitable Soviet System retaliation, getting supplies and troops to you will be most difficult. For this reason, it would be most appreciated if you and your comrades could "clear a path" for our aircraft in the event that they are discovered. Once you have gained the independence you so long for, the Volzgradien government is ready to provide you with more "official" aid in the form of trade goods and monetary funding. All we ask for in return is approximately 10km squared of land in your nation's northern area. This territory shall be used to establish a Volzgradien Imperial Military base. This encampment is not intended to be used against your Empire, but rather to act as a re-fueling area for Volzgrad's Naval and Air forces in the region.

Your help would be very nice, but I fear the only way to gain full public support of this revolution is to fight it ourselves, with as little outside help as possible. We have some trained men from the Native Militia, which the Soviets let us keep but we have no aircraft or tanks. Our capital city, Roots, is just 20 miles south of the Barracks. You can drop supplies and troops there if you like. The Soviet garrison their is very weak

Zulak left the barracks, holding his AK-47, he looked around as he watched the young African men training, and running drills. Zulak fixed his beret and climbed into a jeep that just pulled up, his right hand man, Ziggy Ali was driving. He drove south to Roots.

"Are the men ready, by tomorrow morning Roots will be ours and we will have more support" Zulak asked

"Yeah, we have 700 men ready at sun raise to take the town." Ziggy answered

Soviet System: In the Kremlingrad Ernesto Cheak was asleep on his chair, a picture of his wife Tara Whyt in his hand. His computer screen came to life starting him awake, the report of the barracks massacre enraged him. Picking up his phone he dialed the number of his Minister of Defense, "Vladimir, did you get the report? well I want you to send the Red Beret their, see how they deal with 10,000 elite paratroopers"

The formation of C-130 Hercules Carriers, packed with supplies, flew about in circles in the sky, waiting for their smaller counterparts to take flight.

"Right gents! Look lively! Group Alpha, into Osprey 1! Group Beta, into Osprey 2! Group..."

Slowly, in groups of fifteen, members of the 3rd and 4th Aid Divisions of the Reijian Army loaded themselves into the small V-22 Ospreys, carrying with them boxes of medical equipment and other supplies, all labeled accordingly: "Bandages", read one, "Syringes", another, "Antibiotics", a third. Once everything had been checked off, the planes formed a neat line on the runway, and promptly took off towards their destination behind the C-130s; to the city of Roots.

Meanwhile, in a port not too far away, two Enterprise-class Carriers were being fueled, and would soon set sail, trailing behind the air formation. Aboard their decks were the 16 F-16 Tomcats; poised for a quick takeoff in case the enemy decided to try and intercept the medical supplies, and the four tankers, which would provide, in mid-air, the precious fuel that the lives of so many depended upon.

"Fueling complete, Captain!"
"Very well. Tell Control we're leaving."

A Small Flight of F-28 Talons had taken off from the Deck of the carrier and was flying towards the Land on a Recon Flight.

That morning in the city of Roots, it was blazing hot. The 7 man Soviet patrol were walking with their shirts off before the sun even rose.

"Polski, run over to the nearest store and bring us some ice. Its hot as hell" Lt. Churkov order. Pvt. Polski ran to the near by gas station, using his PK to shot the lock off the ice box and opening it. As he reached inside he felt a Shotgun against his head and a voice from behind spoke.

"Damn pigs!" And the man shot, Polski's blood flying everywhere, his head practically exploding. As the Soviet patrol started to react to the gunfire about 30 men in the buildings close opened up with AK fire, killing the off guard men.

"Take the city!" Zulak's voice was heard thought radios all over the city, every male grabbed guns and took to the streets. the fight for Roots was on.

The men stood at an open door on the side of the aircraft. Some of them clutched boxes in their hands, but most remained with only their rifles ready at their sides. Each held tight to a small red cord hanging from their packs. It was funny - how something so small could decide between the survival or death of a human being from a fall of 4000 feet.

the collective over viewed the situation. on one side there was Communists. Communism would evolve into Socialism. Socialism, given time could evolve into Demarchy, what the collective strives to spread. On the other hand, they had an unstable revolutionary government. If given proper support they might become demarchist, but Demarchy has never ended well in such an unstable government, and would require the assassination of their leader, and any other leader to take the place. Anarchy is key to success. "the polls are in collective" said the announcer to the jury; "41% for support on the side of communists, 22% for the rebels, 19% play both sides, 18% for doing nothing untill the situation has subsided"... murmurs flew around the crowd. The Jacobiania shall send support in favor of the current government of New Reggae. An official statement shall be released tomorrow by the collective. good day
