***PM to all nations that own Nuclear Weapons***

Hello, this is the Prime-Minister of Bohovia, If you were not aware, we are located in Eastern-Canada.

Bohovia is indeed a nuclear nation and we are proposing all nations through out the world (Bohovian World Map) to join are newly formed alliance. This new alliance is only opened to nations that own 1 or more nuclear weopons. If you would like to join, please read the following procedure's and regulations.

Rules/Regulations:

Article I:

The signatories agree to launch nuclear weapons responsibly

Article II:

Signatories agree to only launch nuclear attacks if and ONLY IF 50% or above of the nations in the alliance approve.

Article III:

Signatories agree If they decide to leave the alliance, they must give a 48 hour notification

Article IIII:

Signatories agree to protect other alliance members in the event of war

Article V:

You MUST own at least 1 nuclear weapon

We will have to wait and see. Although in my map, non-nuclear nations, can create there alliance. That is the advantage of the world map project.

OOC: hahaha did you do this just to anger the CAN? btw there are hundreds of nuclear support groups, and they generally get some pretty harsh criticism. Especially nowadays with people throwing nukes like toys. still, these groups succeed on occasion, but you can guarantee you will have opposition from the CAN, weather they are on your map or not

Jacobiania has recognized the NNA as a threat to our motherland and to the CAN. we strongly encourage you to stop the formation of this alliance for the following reasons:
1. claiming possession and stockpiling nuclear weapons
2. Implying that you WILL use the WMD's on offense instead of useing them for your own protection
3. creating an alliance in which the members are bound into alliance. Any attack made by or on a nation in this alliance shall plunge the world into nuclear war, and will end all life on earth.

OOC: Im not trying to upset CAN, please remember CAN is not part of the world map I made. This has nothing to do with standerd game. This is an alliance in the world map I created. The alliance Im making right now, is the
1st alliance in the map. CAN and any of these outside alliances or topics are not existent in this scenario.

I meant In the EVENT of a war we will maybe loose we will ask approval from the alliance to launch nuclear weapons in offense/defence, so long as 50% or more approve, otherwize the attack will not commence.

OOC: we have members of the CAN in your map, if this does not mean anything so be it, still, our own nation claimed Svalbard, which is not on your map for some reason or another, so technically we are apart of your map and will continue to protest this alliance.

IC: Federation of the Serbian Soviet Union freezes all possibilities of joining any alliances or international organisations at this time while the nation is at war and while parts of FSSU are in rebellion and an invasion that is being planned on the nation to help overthrow the current government of FSSU. However, depending on the outcome, after the war, FSSU will in the future see possibilities of joining any alliances, however this nation does not have any plans on building nuclear weapons as we transfered all our nuclear arsenals and had them all converted into civilian use, turned into energy.

However, if in the future we decide to join this alliance, it will only join as an observer nation, because the nation has interests in continuing it's research on nuclear and nuclear energy but the nation will stay nuclear free for a very long time, even after 20-50 ns years.

OOC: Svalbard? its a large island located DIRECTLY above Norway.
