After many years of Romanar's laughing, sneering, and farting in the general direction of the NS WA, a small group of independent minded Romanarians went to the leadership and made their case for joining the WA. Naturally, they laughed in their faces and said, "If you like those *expletive deleted* fools so much, YOU join them". So, they got their high-ranking person, Joe the Janitor, to apply to the WA. Of course, since a janitor has little foriegn policy standing, the main nation isn't bound by WA rules, but they are the law of Joe's domain. Which happens to be a broom closet.

However, a few pointers, the WA has no real bearing on International Incidents (II), most RPers don't even acknowledge it's exists on II, even if their NS nation is a part of it. It is an interesting idea, a nation, that is a broom closet. Quite good. Just don't try to us the words WA around here, it's liable to get you labeled as a noob.]
