Inside the Ministry of Defense, both kings of New LAKEDAIMONIA meet to discuss the attack of H.A.L.O terrorists in the far southern provinces of the United States of New Lakedaimonia.
The Ephorate, consisting of men over the age of 60, and the Heads of the New Lakedaimonian Air Force, Navy, Army and Mechanized Cavalry meet to discuss the issues.
"Sir, we can not let the Helot Autonomous Liberation Organization (H.A.L.O) get away with this! Look at these reports!" Contemptously, Field Marshal Alexander throws down the intelligence reports gathered from the latest attack done by the H.A.L.O terrorists on the capital of the Southern Province.
Nodding their heads, the two kings of the Duocracy of New Lakedaimonia settle down to discuss options with the Ephorate.. (to be continued)

After considerable discussion, the Ephors and the two Kings decide to attempt to get H.A.L.O to discontinue their attacks and have peace discussions at the Sancturary of the Oracle, located near the small town of Chranios, located un the Eastern Province of Niyacti.
Meanwhile, the military unit of the 11th Lancers of The East, a regiment that has a base in Niyacti Province are mobilized to go to the Southern Province of Ormetia, to aid the Provincial Militia in stopping terrorist attacks.
Meanwhile, the Naval Unit of "The Wrathful Knives of the Depths", a maritime dispatch of the New Lakedaimonian Navy, are dispatched to cover the town of Chranios with their naval guns and with a detachment of attack helicopters, so as to protect King Asilyx Meanwhile, King Eryios stays back in case King Asilyx is harmed.
Having made their plans, it is also decided by the Ephorate and by the Duocracy that they would appeal to other forieng nations to put pressure on H.A.L.O to come to the table for peace talks.
"Send out the word we wish our neighbors to let H.A.L.O to know that we are civilized people, not barbarians, and that we will not stand for terrorism! Please my Lord Ministers, please send out an invitation to the peace talks at the Sancturary of the Oracle to the other nations. We need H.A.L.O to know they won't gain anything by violence!". King Eryios nods his head. "You are correct, my brother. If peace can be had, it is worth seeking."
Through the Embassy of New Lakedaimonia in the Militarized Zone Province, electronic dispatches are sent over the wires and faxes to foreing nations, offering to meet them and asking them to put pressure on H.A.L.O to agree to come to the peace talks at the Sancturary.
