The Socialist Assembly of Vetia has decided that now with the dust blown up by the civil war starting to rest it is about time to open formal diplomatic relations with the outside world.

Any nations requesting a embassy are to send a reply by this channel, unless your country personally funds the construction of a unique embassy you will be given the modest buildings (http://i70.photobucket.com/albums/i116/Belcameron/povarskaya-44-embassy-of-new-zealan.jpg) which used to house the minor nobles who lived in Lorein before the Revolution.

They can bring along family and required staff but only a maximum of 5 security personnel. No military vehicles can be brought in without asking permission of the Assembly, we will decide if the Vehicle is appropriate.

Rolling Dead gets it's military vehicle since it's unarmed which is a easy way to get it in. We will start trade and we have some small Catholic presence in the region but Vetia is mostly Orthodox Christian.

Jacobiania gets it's alcohol, it will be shipped in from Mitra

Volzgrad your chapel is allowed and it's your choice to have a local Priest or your own priest hold services in it.
