ooc: the title is a little misleading. There is one division for sale, and then one division that wants to make country divisions (ex. Nintendo of America).

Our company is relatively new to the world market. We have had several small global successes, but are always looking for a way to make profit. Today, we have to opportunities for the expansion of others, that would be mutually beneficial to both parties. We are looking to sell off one division, and are also selling national divisions of another one of our divisions.
The division we are looking to sell is an insurance company called GInsurance. It is the third largest insurer in United Gordonopia, but because we are turning our focus to other parts of the company, we feel that it would be better managed by someone else. It is available for a total of $1,000,000,000,000 (1 trillion) USD. We are not willing to sell stock, only the full company is available. Additional information is available on request.
Deska Mart, one of our divisions, happens to be the largest retailer in the nation. It is a low priced retailer comparable (but not as hated by some) as America's Wal-Mart. We are looking to expand this division, and are willing to sell a national (or regional if your region is more centralized) divisions. It is a very profitable store. To qualify, you must be willing to begin with at least 10 stores. This is to make the cost-benefit ratio for stocking the store profitable. All goods are supplied by us, and the corporation buying a national/regional division will own a majority share. We will hold 49% of the company. We are willing to sell divisions for $10,000,000 (10 million) per 10 stores. Each 10 stores comes with a warehouse were shipments to the stores are made from.
