there have bin many people in this world
but only a small hand full can be called truly evil. who do you think are the worst four humans ever conceived.
mine are
~4 Vlad III also known as Dracula or Vlad the Impaler for his cruel and unforgiving punishments for the slightest bit of injustice.
~3 Joseph Mangele for his brutal lab experiments on Jewish citizens and twins for fun.
~2 Joseph Stalin for the millions died in the death camps, then forced to fight for him in WWII and then killed.
~1 Jack the ripper for random killing spree in the streets of London.
