The republic of New Neko has long been a secretive place visited by a select few. But the senate and council of New Neko has decided that the nation needs to take a more active role in world affairs.
We will be opening our doors to diplomats from around the world to visit our nation and establish embassies. We hope to form a warm relationship with our fellow nations and discuss many matters of world importance.

We also have large surpluses of grain, fruit & vegetables, seafood, live cattle & consumer electronics that may interest you.
We would be interested in importing automobiles since our civilian vehicles are somewhat less luxurious than the ones I have seen in your advertising material.
If your automotive company would like to establish a local franchise it would probably meet with considerable success.
