The USSCEA is need of 76,443,400,000 dollars.

We are required to repay this amount over five years in 15.28 billion dollar repayments.

This is in order to purchase a sizeable and effective army for our feldgling nation.

We are not asking for this mount from any one nation but from several nations. We will then repay indiviual nations from our military budget over a longer time frame. In addition we would be willing to grant mining rights to creditor nations plus support from our military in future conflicts.

The dominion of Strator is willing to give you a better offer than any you have received so far. We are willing to give you $150 bn, with no repayment required. However, the United Socialist States of Central East Africa, upon accepting the money is also accepting a partnership with the dominion of Strator, under which Strator will provide all due military aid and support so long as the USSCEA declares itself a member state of the World Slave Trade Union.
