OPEN PROCLIMATION TO ALL NAVAL STOREFRONTS
FROM THE MINISTER OF THE MILITARY

Recently it has come to the attention of the Ministry of the Military, Naval Division that for the betterment of the Shazbotdom Empire, more naval vessels are needed for the adequite defence of the Empire. Therefore with authorization from the Shazbotdom Imperial Parliament and the Supreme Emperor, I am inquiring to the International Community for all types of surface and submersable naval vessels.
Our current budget for the purchase of naval vessels is 38.5 Trillion USD. We are looking to purchase two battlegroups worth of Surface and Submersable Naval Vessels. Please make your offers directed to the Shazbotdom Ministry of the Military, Naval Division in your reply. Tank you for your time.
