OOC-I made Czastana to represent the interests of the Hijim, who are a oppressed minority in my main country, Comorostan. So those who know me as Comorostan, you know the situation. for those who don't:
Backstory-The Hijim are the natives of the land known as Comorostan. They were there when it was colonized, and have been oppressed by whatever government is in charge since then. The Holy Empire of Czastana is the name of the Hijim state. It's "government" is a group of exiles.

For hundreds of years, our people have been in exile. We were conquered by the colonialist Samarans, and when they gave Comorostan independence the new government continued to oppress us. The government-in-exile of Czastana, the true inheritors of the land, has been drifting from nation to nation. Now we seek a nation to host us. We request assistance, whether it be diplomatic or otherwise, in our ongoing struggle to regain our homeland. Thank you, and may God's love shine on your souls

To Any Nation Considering Aiding the Hijim
From the Democratic Republic of Comorostan
The Hijim, for their claims of victimization, have done just as bad. In pursuit of their homeland, the Hijim have openly revolted against the elected government, they have employed terrorist organizations which are known to be responsible for the deaths of thousands. They have used car bombs, suicide attacks, and human shields. Do not give these murderers and terrorists sanctuary.
