Gabriella Prince, Security Minister for Alanea's Black Corporation, has sacked intelligence workers who came from capitalist states. It comes after mounting accusations that the Black Corp. are bugging phones and Alanea-Net accounts of Westerners living and staying temporarily in Alanea. Almost all citizens who came from Western states [mostly the USA] have been given two days to report to the Vetting Island airport and leave the country. Those who deliberately ignore this warning will no longer be protected by diplomatic immunity, and will instead be subject to whatever sanctions the Black Corp. decide to impose.

It is with the greatest disappointment that I have learned of the recent actions by the now illegitimate government of Alanea to expel the opponents of slavery and murder of the human spirit, in violation of Bluth Corporation law. We will be dispatching a police mission to bring the lawbreakers at the head of the illegitimate government of Alanea to justice. Details cannot be divulged, but rest assured that these violators of Bluth Corporation law will be arrested, convicted, tortured, and executed.

The Alanean government would like to stress that slavery and 'murder of the human spirit' are not practises here. If any of the citizens being expelled are related to your state or its corporations, we will more than willingly hand them over. However, it should be noted that they are being expelled as they violate Alanean law-they are stirring up false rumours about the Black family, founders of this state. This is never accepted.

It is the position of the Huge Mistake of Bluth Corporation that the backwards and outdated concept of "national sovereignty" is meaningless and that the only valid form of sovereignty is "individual sovereignty." Since the laws of the Huge Mistake of Bluth Corporation are designed to protect individual sovereignty, they are objective and apply universally; if the government of Alanea is operating in violation of the laws of the Huge Mistake of Bluth Corporation, then, the Huge Mistake of Bluth Corporation is entitled to arrest the criminals at the head of the Alanean government.

Further hostility towards Alanea would not be good for the well-being of your state. We recommend your government reassesses what it is saying and joins in correspondence talks in Saint Arthur's City in depth about our decisio to eject naturalised foreigners.

We will take in your deported naturalized foreigners as refugees. We deplore your decision, and will do what we can for these suddenly-exiled people. We will pay for the costs of resettling any and all refugees from your state.

The Black Corporation has just issued a full report on the naturalised foreigners being deported from Alanea. All together there are 12 such citizens, 8 of whom have been found to derive from capitalist secret services. It is therefore imperative that we do not let these traitors into our corporations. It is a matter of security, not personal hatred. We would also recommend you did not accepy such citizens, as two of them have commited murder and gotten away with it under 'diplomatic ummunity' [shortly before their citizenship was granted]. The majority of these deportees are obviosly agents of intelligence organizations, and to take them is to threaten the govrnment and or security of your own state.

We hope you carefully consider this report. If you choose not to accept them, they will be deported to their native states, in most cases America.

Considering that these were naturalized foreigners, and thus citizens of your nation, diplomatic immunity should not have applied; the new citizens should have been tried upon gaining citizenship for their alleged crimes.

We currently have our doubts about your claim that these citizens were spies. Please clarify that this is not, in fact, a politically-motivated action.

Our government passed acts that allowed applicants for citizensip to stay in Alanea for a maximum of 6 months, provided at least one relation to them is a citizen. During this period the Alanean government decided this should be a 'diolomatic immunity' period, exactly as tourists are granted.

As earlier stated, many of the deportees were former officers in our intelligence corporatio. We conducted several classified operations in foreign territories. During two isolated cases, Alanean agents were killed, apparently by the enemy. However, it has been revealed that the naturalised Americans were responsible for their deaths. Therefore we have no choice but to deport them and any other naturalised foreigner whilst we review their profiles.

One, generally, only official diplomatic representatives should be granted diplomatic immunity, for obvious reasons. Two, if these naturalized Americans really were responsible for the deaths of two of your agents, why not try them for their deaths? That you are going with deportation, attempting to foist possible criminals on the world, rather than bringing them to trial is absurd.

Our Pegasus philosophy grants diplomatic immunity on more than the grounds of simply being a diplomat. We do not try people for death as there is no death penalty in Alanea. It is clearly stated in citizenship applications that if any law is broken in Alanea, the applicant will be sent back to their country. As for Alanean citizens who were born into Alanea [i.e. did not apply], they are fined, given a civil service or imprisoned.

Our laws are not bad, for they protect the majority of our people. Applicants who willingly break Alanean law should be willing to face the consequences.

'Diplomatic', as far as Alanea is concerned, describes the relationship and stability of relations between states. As our monarchial philosophy governs, the following people have diplomatic immunity: tourists, diplomats and pending applicants living in Alanea. The law governs that any crime committed by such people should be dealt with as their nation would deal with. Yes, we export the problem, as that is where the problem comes from-abroad. If we were to retain every foreign criminal our country would become overcrowded [note we have only one prison, since crime levels are so low].

It is important that your country tries to understand that Alanea's law is rooted in its founders, the Black family, and that that law is based on the Pegasus philosophy.

1) Diplomatic immunity was intended to ensure that nations didn't jail diplomats (the official representatives of foreign states) for petty reasons or as punishment, which is why it surprised me that you chose to extend it to all foreigners.
2) So foreign citizens have different rights than native-born citizens? How many foreigners are citizens of Alanea? The implications are interesting, to say the least.
3) Would you mind going into detail on Pegasus philosophy? Legal philosophy is a personal interest of mine, after all.
