The People's Republic of Alanea has too many inactive soldiers in its military service. The Black Corporation [Alanean security service] are appealing to nations who need more forces, whether to help with an ongoing conflict or for general defence and power. Nations interested should send a telegram to Alanea's NationStates homepage for the quickest response, although replies on this forum are also encouraged.

Our current number of leasable soldiers stands at 2,000. 1,500 of those are soldiers who hold Military Honorary certificates from Alanea's Minkyu Academy, and the remaining 500 soldiers have the same certificates but also certificates from Alanea's Foreign Studies academy, and so have expertise in foreign languages and foreign affairs.

Interested nations should first form a Han Alliance with Alanea [unless already established] in order to gain basic diplomatic friendship with Alanea. Your nation should also state what you can offer in trade for these soldiers. Please note the nature and philosophy of our nation - WE DO NOT ACCEPT NUCLEAR WEAPONS.

We will trade soldiers for tanks. how many men are worth one Punisher tank?

The Alanean army is prepared to trade 10 soldiers per Punisher tank. We would appreciate it if the tanks could be delivered to the Minkyu military region in eastern Alanea. If you require assistance in the transport of these vehicles, please let us know. Your nation should also note that the Minkyu region is a restricted zone and that any attempt to enter this zone should be alerted to the Black Corporation so that the visitor will not be attacked.

Please let us know how many tanks you will offer.

Since your a new nation i will send 100 tank over the next week by plane and 100 over the next 2 weeks also by plane. That will be 2000 men and this is the tank you just bought (http://www.nswiki.net/index.php?title=The_Punisher_Tank).

The Alanean army will send its troops to your country over the next two working days. We would also advise the establishment of an Alanean embassy in your country so that we may provide support for our soldiers and also keep your country in the know whenever other such trade ipportunities arrise. Would your nation be interested in buying any more tanks?

At present we do not need any more tanks. We will however sustain your nation as a key contact in tank supply. In the meantime the Alanean Ingyeong Academy for Defence is recruiting foreign scientists, researchers and technicians to train for the Defence Developments Certificate. They will contribute to the development of stae-of-the-art defence technologies and their contributions to Alanean defence will enrich relations between our states. The offer is open to all states, but ideally those who are interested in weapons development for defence. There are 100 places for this academy course.
