OOC: 9,000 MT as in 9GT, goodluck because to make one like that would costs over a trillion dollars to even make one of those, creating a 500MT was costly enough which over 200 billion universal dollars were spent on creating these nukes which are now shipped off to the United Earthlings for dismantling them and converting them for converting for civilian use which in the end my nation will make more money back in return for what it spent on developing these weapons. The biggest mistake was creating gigantic nuclear warheads and the only warheads which could be launched or carried by an aircraft cargo to drop a nuclear bomb would be largest at either 50MT or 100MT, anything bigger is just useless and only way of delivering them and detonating it to an enemy's nation is by train or an underground subway or through a pipeline.

New_Soviet_union, it's best to concentrate on your nations economy and first build a millitary, an army, a defense force, airforce, and if your nation is situated where there is a coastline, build a sufficient naval fleet, once your nation reaches a substantial population, then build nuclear bombs but now i suggest that you stop godmodding and making everything about nukes.

Not really a helpful comment, what SSU put was the best advice given in the thread so far. If people payed more attention they would notice a vast improvement in SSU's RP recently as well as a good attempt to sort out his older stuff.

OOC: The real problem is that you were also part of this coalition and bare the same responsibility my nation has, and also the real reason why you in OOC are hostile towards me is because you claimed i was being a control freak and taking too much powers from the coalition which is utterely not true, but giving out more options, suggestions and how to go along with treaties and which treaty best suits the coalition which still gives us unlimited freedom within the coalition but then your nation left due to your baseless claims i was being a control freak which is not true at all.

Also, my nation has fired an ignore cannon on Ih8uwannakillu for trying to create a puppet regime in my nation and also to try to get my nation to decrease it's millitary expenditure on NS tracker and downgrade my millitary or else his nation would commit mass genocide, total destruction with nukes and create my nation to be unhabbitable, but the ignore cannon was fired at this awful control freak and managed to get rid off him from my back.

Also my nation hasn't been in a war yet, or has been millitary involved in wars or have attacked or has my nation ever been invaded and attacked unlike yours.

As what Belkaland said, i maybe a hypocrit but itleast i am trying to do the right thing now as turning the policy around in my nation and has gained plenty of international recognition and acceptance because of this, and has also had plenty of ignored cannons fired at me removed because of it.

Wow, I am impressed FSSU, I do apoligise for my earlier comments, I wasn't thinking straight. You have just provided a reasoned argument and done it well. I am quite impressed. What you said is the truth. I do apoligse for my behavior towards your nation, I am sorry. I am willing to meet your call for a truce, which I should of done when all this started. Also I have deleted my previous comments as they were complelty ir-relevant and un helpful.

It's all cool, i believe i also need to appologise for getting too carried away with nukes and allowing the nukes to get the worst of me, aslong as were back on track and that both of our nations can continue to maintain great relations, everything is all good, and if needed, my nation will continue to provide your nation with sufficient aid and humanitarian aid as possible, and upon by request to maintain and to calm the situation in your nation regarding the "Bloody Saturday" which i just finished reading on it.

OOC: Dudes, this thread is officialy gone. Nobody would build nuclear weapons as big as 9,000 mt and it's doubtfull even for 1,600 mt. Also, your nation would officialy be looked down upon immensely for something such as this. Plus, you would not be allowed to purchase anything from my storefront. I realize he has no military budget, but I have been taking funds from his other budgets until he gets a military.

A little added bonus: you would be officialy looked down upon by all alliances out there that are agains the use of nukes, including the one I have designed with the help of many people, the Coalition Against Nukes.

OOC: I disagree because a 50MT was tested in one of the islands in Russia and it was enough to take out that small entire island, a 1,600MT weapon would probably be enough to take out all of Russia alone, a 7000MT would be enough to wipe out the entire Earth, real life, the NS earth is the size of two jupitors put together, however if a 9000MT was ever put to test, it would only be recognised as godmodding as nobody would recognise the existence of such large weapons as 9000MT is enough to wipe out a quarter of a Jupitor, just bit more then 40% of Jupitor.

OOC: Producing a 500MT warhead was the biggest mistake ever done and if it was put to test, the entire region my nation is in would be wiped out, plus more and it was a total waste of time producing them, i am glad they are being disposed and converted into civilian use, for uranium energy for my nuclear powerplants and hopefully we will make our money back that we wasted and maybe a tiny profit of it, if my nation decides to produce nuclear weapons, the largest will be upto 20MT, any larger then that wont happen.

OOC: No, just no.
A 9000MT yield weapon would have a fireball radius less then ten times that of Tzar Bomba, which was 50MT. It would also weight about 1800 tons. Total blast radius to cause third degree burns would be less then 500km. Again, less then the 60km of Tzar Bomba. In fact you know the Chicxulub crater, thought to be the impact site for the asteroid that killed off the dinosaurs? It would have been about 100,000,000MT. And it didn't destroy the planet, it didn't even destroy all life. You need to think bigger, exponentially bigger to take out a planet.

Tzar bomba did not remove the island. It removed part of a glacier and some hills, but not the island. Novaya Zemlya is a big island. Only a fraction of it was used for testing, and the Russians still keep an interceptor unit on its northern tip.

Although the thermal blast radius to a 9GT warhead would fit nicely inside Alaska.

I wish people wouldn't just make up absurd claims about nukes

Not to mention, people have deployed nine thousand (or more) 1 MT-or-higher warheads before. That have hit their targets successfully. NS Earth is, obviously, still here (although a few nations have been glassed completely).

Nation-kills with nukes, however, are rather uncreative. Far better to achieve nation-kills by shelling and missile-ing the military into nothingness, MOABing or FAEing all of the cities, then landing troops to personally kill every single citizen of the nation and salt the earth so that the land can never be reused by anyone. (AMF's done that a few times, most famously.) Same effect, far more interesting RP.
