As you all know, South Defese is still a developing nation. The military has dealt with multiple budget cuts to allow the goverment to fund construction of the nations infrastructure.
The industrial complex of South Defese was the first thing the North hit during the bombing raids of the civil war, and it will take many years to repair our industries.

It is now too expensive to construct our own weapons and military vehicles. The entire air force consists of 4 F-86 Sabre's, a B-17G Flying Fortress, and 7 AH-1 Cobra's.

The ground forces consist of 50,000 infantry men, 15 M1 Abrahm tanks, 500 APCs, and only 400 officers.

We have no current Navy, our only ship, the Destroyer Freedom, was sunk during the civil war.

So I announce to any interested nation, South Defese is willing to buy any military equipment it has available.

In the interest of proper development and national security, Afrika would like to extend invitations for promising recruits to be trained in one of four Afrikaan Officer Schools (in Tinagel, Agosta, Alteka and Delos). The total number of recruits will depend on how many your military is willing to send but the Imperial Army's Officer Training Department is willing to accept up to 2500 potential officers a year. They will be taught in Prussian tradition, with an emphasis on combined arms operations. The fee will be waived, provided South Defese stays on good terms with Afrika.

It is not more training that our men need, it is equipment.

The ASoGM cannot at this time supply military equipment to South Defese, but some of our companies might be interested in expanding into your nation, assuming low tariffs. Specifically, Computronics, one of the ASoGM's leading computer manufacturers, would be interested in setting up an assembly and shipping facility.
