I had a really cool idea of this so I need help to make it.

Making more than a single sentence op would be a start, second it won't fly. The mods have already closed at least two threads that tried a hero theme(though if you do it off site more power to you, though those don't usually last long)

Yeah, me to. I have only seen the first season because I got it on DVD and I can,t wait to get Season 2.
Should I set the RP in only 1 nation or more nations?
youd still need to base it around NS earth rather than Heroes' Earth or the mods will shut u down

Well, considering that there is already a Heroes RP interest thread floating around on the forums, and it's been done before, it's not really "your cool idea".
As for the quote, you need to set out some sort of character sheet, with a description of the character, powers etc. Saying "This thread is based on Heroes kthxbai" isn't really accepted as the formula for a successful RP.
EDIT: If you haven't checked my post in the other Heroes thread, i'm considering coming back to RPing in Easter, and, if Kage and Ordo don't mind, i'll be making a Heroes RP my top priority.
