The Naohtine Empire is a massive nation that expands from the northern shores of Europe to the northern shore of Africa, from the Jutland peninsula to the Caspian sea. The Map is below

Despite this massive size, only recently has the Naohtine's government opened up to the outside world, and now its leader, Emperor Eric Xavier, has proposed a massive embassy program for the capital, Leurs. Nations can reserve an Embassy lot below:

Um, If you all work together as one regional government, I don't see why each induvidual government needs and embassy. I don't want to close off half of the district. May I suggest Lot W? It is the biggest lot that is still vacant. If might be able to give 2 or 3, but not many more.
