WHCN, 10 O’clock News,
"Yesterday more protest broke out in the cities of New Harendeen, Dercius and Port Palla today, as the worsening food crisis forces citizens over the edge. The protests inside Port Palla and Dercius remained quite peaceful affairs with only one or two rocks thrown and arrests following shortly after. However in the City of New Harendeen, Law Enforcement officers were forced to use tasers, rubber bullets and tear gas in suppressing the protest as it turned into a full scale riot outside Central City Command. Luckily no one was seriously injured, however 40 people were sent to New Harendeen Central Hospital with minor broken bones and over 400 arrests were made. However following these major riots, early this morning anarchists attacked a police convoy and in the process of doing so killed 3 innocent by-standers and 3 police officers was sent to A&E with 70% burns, miracously no one else was severely harmed. This is the Statement issued to the press by Wolf Hold Central Command this afternoon."
"These attacks on our Police and Law Enforcement Officials will not be tolerated. Whilst we understand that the food levels are at a low, attacking police and law enforcement will not help. In light of the recent rise in anarchist activities within New Harendeen, I have authorised the deployment of the 2nd Special Operations Detachments the city, in the hope that the extra law enforcement officers will help quell this anarchy. I would also like to say this to those who would sew destruction in our nation, there is no where to run, no where to hide, we will find you and when we do we will crush you with every fibre of our being. That is all"
"We now will show some pictures taken by our photographers from the sites of the riots in New Harendeen. We must warn you some viewers may find these images disturbing."

Goverment Food Plant, Central Square, New Harendeen
3 Days Later
1300 Hours
"We want food! We Want food! We want food! We wan...." The constant shout of the 7000 protesters eventually became a drone in the ears of the Police and various other Law Enforcement organisations standing behind the roadblock that barred entrance to the Government Food Plant. The first line of officers with full riot gear, with helmet, body armour, full length riot shield and a riot baton. They stood in front of a line of Police cruisers parked bumper to bumper, behind that line of cars stood regular police officers with tasers and rifles with rubber bullets loaded. A total of 500 Police. All the men and women were nervous as the crowd slowly became more aggressive.
Suddenly it began to escalate, rocks began to arc over the crowd and bounce off the helmets of the lead officers and the windows of the police cruisers. The first rocks were ignored and repeated warnings to cease and desist were repeated by the police officers. However a particularly well aimed rock then shot from the crowd and hit a un-helmeted officer squarely in the face, causing blood to spray every where. As the cry went up the police supervisor yelled over his radio "Non-Leathals...Green Light". Upon that order the police opened fire with there tasers and rubber bullets, hoping to try and force the crowd away. The Front line of riot officers also leaped the cars, dropped their shields and picked up rifles with rubber bullets and joined in the indiscriminate shooting of protestors with rubber bullets. The crowd resolve didn't falter and they continued to press forward, the incoming rocks and other projectiles also increased in frequency and level of danger. 4 police officers fell under a heavy and directed volley of bricks, the police responded by throwing flash bangs and CS gas into the crowd. One of the flash bangs set off a man with epilepsy into a fit he fell to the ground and was trampled by the protestors.
This was the final straw for one man in the crowd who screaming his head off he pulled out a old revolver and levelled it at a police officer, he calmed himself and found a clear shot by climbing up on a step. Sighting at the chosen police officer and breathing out slowly, he pulled the trigger. The bullet left the revolver with an almighty bang and sped straight for the police officer and hit him squarely between the eyes. He fell with a loud thud that could be heard across the square which seemed to of fallen silent. Then the screaming began as protesters realised the implications of this act. The Police Supervisor needn't give the order, the officer knew what to do as soon as they heard the "10-00 Officer down" on the radio, they dropped there non-leathals and picked up the M-16s, G-36Cs, M-14EBRs at their feet and began searching for targets. 6 police officer targeted the man with the revolver and shot at the same time, the combined force of the bullets tore the mans body to shreds. Now shots began to sound up and down the police blockade, bloody Sunday had began.
(OOC: I needed to post this before I went to bed, It is complelty open to anything reasonable, so no invasions but you could be a protester etc or a government observing the developing situation, whatever)

We are appalled that the nation of the Wolf Hold failed to alert those who could have prevented such a disaster from coming to fruition. We cannot allow such a crisis to threaten more lives, civilian or otherwise, in any way and will do what we can to supplement the strained food supplies of your nation. It is in our mission that we aid whoever we can, whenever possible.
As such, we will be dispatching aid packages to be dispersed by our own volunteers.
We are required to make you aware that agents of the Wolf Hold will in no way be allowed to seize shipments. We feel obligated ensure you know that we are in no way an official arm of the Santherese government, but a private organization with no political influence. As such, we are in no way able to determine the repercussions for such an action and simply ask that you allow our workers to operate without interference.
In spite of this, we must also request that our workers are looked after by a policing agency as we do not allow our volunteers to carry or make use of weaponry.
Thank you for your time.
OOC: We'll have a hospital ship and be airlifting in people and supplies to a designated place. Whether or not you have a coast, the ship will make use of helicopters to deliver what they need. If you don't want the aid, they'll come anyway and you can decide how to react. Just try not to kill my peeps.

T42-9 watched the images on the viewscreen, the unpure protests, their chants, their movements and the rising pitch and velocity of the chanting, it had a feeling that one or more of them would eventually break. "The question is which one." It activated one of its inner alarms summoning one of the security drones. It waited a few seconds, listening for the distinctive hum that would signal its approach, it took longer than it would have liked. "They're getting sloppy and we've only been here a few days" T32-9 tutted, after another 6 seconds the drone burst into the room its sword activated and in a class 3 combat stance.
"Now now, what took you so long, if it had been an assassin I would likely be dead already specially with all that noice you made."
"Sorry, Delta." the drone replied hanging its head or what amounted for a head in shame.
"There there, I was in no danger and you were only two microsecond slow, now I need you to listen, you and the rest of the drones need to increase your patrols around the sphere. (points at the viewscreen and the protests at the port), one of these very protests has just turned violent and once that crowd learns this they very well could start a full scale riot, Now I want you to continue to respect the unpure's life but if you fear for your own, you do have permission to temporary disengage your protocols."
"But how do you know that they'll come here?"
"Elementary my dear drone, see this screen(magnify 20x), see these unpures what are they doing?"
"Running away?"
"No not those ones, those ones."
"They're.. Oh."
"Yes, oh and what place is likely to have all kinds of rare and expensive things."
"Understood Delta, we will protect the sphere."
"I'm sure you do, your dismissed.." replied T42-9 as he turned back to the viewscreens and started to type out a message.
"Things could get very interesting in the coming days.."

From: Grand Duke Alexandr Kavinkov II
We in Volzgrad would like to extend our condolences and sympathy to the families and loved ones of the Wolf Holdian Police Officers killed or injured in these vile attacks upon your government. Such extreme and dangerous anarchism cannot be allowed to continue, both in Wolf Hold and abroad. While we do understand the resentment for the lack of adequate food supplies, violence is no answer for hunger. If you're government is interested, then the Volzgradien Imperial Army is more then ready to be sent to quell these revolts. Food and medical supplies are ready to be loaded onto transport planes and shipped immediately to Wolf Hold alongside our troops. God Bless
Signed,
Alexandr Kavinkov II
To the Government of The Wolf Hold,
The need for action is dire. Hopefully the violence will be quelled once the main problem has been eliminated if only for an extended period till the food crisis is over. We will send an assortment of 50,000 metric tons agricultural related products. All we need are coordinates to airdrop the food. We can only hope that the citizens of The Wolf Hold will escape from these dark periods of hunger and revolt.

"Sir, offers of support and assitance are comming in from various goverments, you need to respond to them sir...." A tentative aaide had edged into the 1st Wolf's Marshalls office to deliver this news. He was shivering slightly a little bit from fear not fro his won life, but for what would happen to the protsters after he gave the Marsahall the casulty lists.
"How many casulties?" Drifted the MArshalls voice, slightly hollow
"Sir.........235 Civillians KIA, 2000 Injured.....Police Casulties are 123 KIA and 200 Injured"
"Is the plant still secure?"
"Yes Marshall, The Vice Wolf's Marshall moved the 33rd Mechanised into the city"
"Very Good, Now leave me to adress these offers of help"
Sitting down at his desk, the marshall booted up his computer and began to think over the events of the past day, was his leadership failing now, just as the Wolf Hold was becoming a player on the world stage. The beep from the computer brought him back to his senses, he turned to the screen and opened up the first goveremental response.

Santherese Humanitarian Society
We have received word that many other countries are responding to this crisis with their own, albeit individually meager, donations to be dispersed by your own government. In light of recent events:
Those awaiting food from the government dispersal teams, whatever the Wolf Hold names them, rioting.
Police handling such a riot with force, resulting in the deaths of hundreds of civilians and police officers.
We ask the Wolf Hold to allow the Humanitarian Society to take charge of food dispersal. We do not want to see more civilians killed and nothing makes a group of impatient, anxious, and over all frightened individuals panic more than heavily armed men surrounding them and screaming orders.
Allow our volunteers to do this and we can ensure that food reaches those who need it in a timely, efficient manner with an absolute minimum of danger to any side involved. Please accept this offer, for the sake of your people and the stability of your government.
The HSS Misericordia was dispatched not long after the previous message was sent, fully stocked with food and medical supplies. When they are ready to begin operations, they will inform you directly.

"Sir...more offers of help have come in, we have CIS troops handing out food near their bases and so far there has been no trouble from them, we have some citizens requesting asylum in Vallardes and we have multiple food shipments as well as humanitarian workers inbound, the Commandant of Wolf Mountain AFB is asking that we send extra help, as at this rate it is about to be overun with humanitarian workers." The Wolf's Marshall Adjutant reported, he was getting used to these regular breifings. "The situation is deterorating, attacks on police in New Harendeen were comonplace and the violence had now spred to Dercius and the Tanith, Luckily Harven City and Harendeen were still un-affected. Port Palla had suffered a bad streak of molotov attacks but is now realtivly peacful" The Adjutant finished his report, "Would you like me to leave sir?"
The Marshall who had been silent for the whole report noded "Yeah I got a few repsoneses to make...oh and send an WHAF troop battalion to support the Commandants forces at Wolf Mountain AFB, I dobut he is going to like his base being turned into a civvy camp so the extra troops will help calm him" The Adjutant smirked and saluted as he left. T42-9 watched as the flames died down from the stores across the street from the Technonaut embassy, sighing it turned away from the carnage that the mob had inflicted upon their own stores and houses. Maybe it was a mistake, maybe our brethren are correct, maybe the only true course for the galaxy is to cleanse it of the unpure filth. No we can't believe that, there must be some good in the unpure,
yes but a cleansing must be preformed first.
What do you want B-01? T42-9 could almost see his grin as he explained that he was being sent by the Master of Sphere 42 to oversee the embassy's security and see if the Technonaut could send any assistance to the Wolf hold government.
But our security drones are..
They can't survive an army.
So things are really going that bad?

When will you arrive?
Within the hour.

We are sending another batch to safeguard our embassy during this troubling time, they will be more heavily armed then our regular security and as such they would be willing to help pacify the remaining looters/rioters in Port Palla.

54th Street, Tainth, South East Wolf Hold
Tainth so far had escaped the rioting as food was being distributed the 54th Mechanised division. The 54th had been raised form the citizens of Tainth so it was trusted by the people there. However people fleeing New Harendeen, Port Palla and Dercius had arrived in Tainth and began to spread stories of massacres at food distribution points and of food convoys overrun by starving citizens. Even with the offer of all the international food the situation was still worsening, the only cities un affected now were Harendeen because of the huge military presence there and of course Harven city but that was because they weren’t human there. However for Captain Hargren of the 54th Mechanised it was upsetting to see the city he had grown up in torn asunder, it especially upset him that he may have to fire upon his own people, but he had sworn an oath to the Wolf's Marshall and the Wolf Hold and he would serve them to the end.
Captain Hargren snapped back to reality when he heard the crowd coming down the other end of the street. 54th Street was a realisably wide street but with only two exits. One to the north and one to the south. Captain Hargrens convoy of four food trucks, two Wolf Landrovers and twenty men was halfway down 54th street heading to the food distribution point at the corner of 67th and 68th street. They had dismounted as they had received a warning form the food distribution point that a large crowd was heading there way. So they had advanced up 5th street with their weapons safeties off and held at the ready position. Now the crowd they had been warned about was approaching and they seemed pissed. The chants of "We want food!", "Food or Death!" and "You sons of whores, give us food!" cut deep into Captain Hargren. These were his people, the people he had sworn to protect not to mention the troops were going hungry too. They had been on emergency rations for the past 2 weeks. However the crowd didn't care about that, they only wanted the food on the trucks. Holding up his hand and drawing his Desert Eagle 50AE side arm, the convoy stopped. Walking back to the lead Landrovers he pulled out a mega phone and addressed the crowd.
"Go home! This convoy is under the protection of the Wolf's Marshal, disperse or we will open fire!" The message didn't affect the crowd, so the Captain decided to fire 4 shots in the Air.
The shots rang out along the street, some of the crowd panicked but the rest of the crowd pushed forwards. At this point the soldiers realised that these weren’t citizens of Tainth but they had fled the other cities and now they were charging down the main street towards them. "Sir what do we do? Do we shoot?" The crowd were now only 150 meters away.
"Stay the fuck away! We will shoot you!" Captain Hargren yelled over the loudspeaker firing off another 3 shots. With still no affect on the crowd he dropped the loudspeaker and reloaded his side arm, looking at his men he could see the fear in their faces and the faces of the truck drivers who were pulling M.A.C Defence SF-9/P out of the foot wells of the trucks. The crowd was no 50 meters way and they were already lobbing rocks and Molotov’s. "Damn it! Open fire! Protect the Food Trucks"
The soldiers and drivers hesitated until the Captain started firing, the 50 calibre bullets downing civilians as they charged the truck. The crowd was immense over 400 charging down the street, and even with the soldiers firing on full automatic, the 50 calibre HMGs on the Landrovers and the SMGs of the drivers, they couldn't hold back the crowd of starved people ran out from their homes. 5 Soldiers had fallen back to the last landrover that had pulled back slightly and was providing covering fire for the drivers as the ran. Some enterprising people in the crowd had picked up the dead soldiers rifles, those rifles were covered in blood as the soldiers had been beaten to a bloody pulp by the crowd, the remaining four drivers and two soldiers were cut down in a volley of fire from the captured rifles. The remaining three soldiers and two crew of the landrover, decided to bug out however the rioters had different ideas for them. Swinging the 50Cal HMG off the front landrover around and opening fire on its fleeing counter-part the large rounds tore through the vehicles thin skin, destroying the engine. The last transmission from any member of the convoy was made a minute later, it would be played over and over again by the WHCN for the next several days.
The Next Day....WHCN 10' O’clock News
"..... I'm out of ammo.....chrism they just point blank executed the Leftenant...they are crazy....I need support! Oh god they are coming for me, this is private Jeremy Barks, I am the only survivor of convoy 5-2, I love you m......"A single shot is heard and the line goes silent.
The news reporter still looked shocked, but then she shook her head and continued to read.
"That was the last message received from Food convoy 5-2, it went off the air at around about 1600 hours yesterday and only 4 hours ago did a company of Marines secure the site of the attack. According to one marine who is quoted to have said 'When we got there it was like stumbling into a nightmare, the streets were painted red with blood, bodies and shell casings littered the road, I haven’t seen anything like this since the FFN, oh god...I have to go'. The images of the scene are now showing on channel 635 however we advise strong caution as they are incredibly graphic. So for the casualties stand at:
154 Civilian Rioters Killed
234 Critical
76 Wounded
20 Men of the 54th Mechanised KIA
6 Drivers of the 3rd AID group KIA
So far no official statement has been given.

The news of what is happening in your nations saddens me deeply, and the Board of Directors still cant decide what to do with the recent surplus from the Cerska Farms. Therefore, I have decided to send you a total of 50 tons of assorted vegitables, and 500 gallons of water to be distrubuted throughout your nation.
Cerska mercanaries are standing by to deploy to your cities, and distribute food and water.

T42-9 watched the newest events while pulling up a map of the region and typing out the reply, it noted the (central?) location of the newest incident, how the new unpures were effecting the old inhabits.
Well B-01, how does our position look here?
We don't have enough drones, enough weapons or enough power sources, if the people here do lose all their sense we could start an even greater bloodbath.
You can't stop an army with 5 drones and 2 security drones.
If the new reports are true, we very well may have to, these unpure are scared, hungry and very dangerous. I really wish the Overmind had allowed us to set up a shield around the compound, if these mobs get their hands on any explosives...
True and True, though even a sphere shield would last only so long.
Yes, but it could have protected...
B-01?
Trouble.
What kind?
The bad kind
Replied B-01 as he scanned the crowd, no it was indeed a mob coming down the street, it noticed the amount of weaponry likely stolen from nearby gun shops(ooc which I assume you have unless your one of those kinds :) ), their faces filled with a mixture of fear, rage and hunger. "Als O Juses." It repeated its scans trying to find leaders and those with the most dangerous weaponry, all the time hoping that none of those destroyed convoys had rocket launchers or other heavy weaponry.
Active your shields, set up Prose 4(wedge formation), ambassador may I suggest your retreat to your yacht seems the unpures weren't just contempt to torch some buildings. Seek to incapacitate but do not kill unless you must, keep your shields omnidirectional. Now to see what they what, B-01 as it stepped up onto the ramplets surrounding the embassy sphere, boosting its voice so that all could hear and understand.
"Halt, what business do you have with the Technonauts today?.."

TO: The Armed Republic of The Wolf Hold
FROM: The Constitutional Monarchy of Valladares
SUBJECT: Humanitarian situation in The Wolf Hold
We have received reports about the situation in your nation and we are worried because the riots and the famine in The Wolf Hold are worsening increasingly. The Valladar Government is contributing in the possible thing for helping your nation, however, we regret reporting the following issues:
1. On March 4 (yesterday), a humanitarian ship with matriculation VN-332 and valladar flag, which was carrying 20 tons of food and water, with destination to Port Palla was hijacked in waters of your country by maritime pirates (probably anarchists). We ask for respect for our convoy and for our humanitarian intention and, really, we're sorry about this fact.
2. The Royal Government also is worried by the multiple requests of asylum sent from your country. We want to remember you that we are ready to help your refugees while it's possible, but also, it's possible to say that practically the half of the Wolf Holdian population is asking for asylum in our nation. This fact forces us to reject at least 2/3 of these requests, since our nation and our citizens have needs and if we decide to accept these requests, these needs won't be covered. We are helping up to where it's possible.
3. Good news for your citizens: A humanitarian ship called "Blue Star" has been sent from the Blue Island's harbour with destination to Port Palla. This ship is carrying 20 tons of food and water, 50 Peacekeeper Volunteers and 102 Royal Army Personnel, to keep the peace and the calm in your nation.

The Misericordia floated just a mile offshore, her decks hosting pallets it was never really meant to hold. It wasn't a supply ship, after all, and its cargo space was wanting. That was, of course, only true if they expected to receive casualties, which they most certainly did not at this time. They were just here to offload food and then stand by, really. To say it had been converted into a cargo ship was not quite accurate -- what space they could manage, whether by moving beds, chairs ... whatever could be rearranged without damaging equipment, that space was temporary at best.
Its companion ships were a couple of tankers and some smaller cargo vessels, protected on their trip by a single destroyer which sat a half-dozen miles away so as to not cause incident, political or otherwise. That escort was the single donation the Carducci family had made to the Society, and it taken a lot of talking in order for the SHS to even accept a warship as part of their fleet -- their humanitarian fleet. Eventually, logic won out; one destroyer was better than nothing, and the SHS vessels frequently had to travel far too close to likes of Ralkovia for anyone's comfort.
When the civilian flotilla was ready to offload supplies and volunteers, they contacted the Wolf Hold and got the formalities out of the way, giving little time for their hosts to prepare as the first of the Chinooks touched off and crossed the waters toward land. Some headed to Wolf Mountain, a minority, really -- the others made straight away to Port Palla, having been made aware of the situation there via the news.
OOC: damn, bad post. I ran out of time since a prospective employer called to pre-screen me. Will post more later

OOC: Just so you know, if we ever find out you did that, and any SHS personnel are killed (which is likely to happen), several of the Houses would have cause to attack you. Don't employ covert ops without weighing all the consequences first.
Fiorella stepped out of the Sea King that had borne her to the mountain base where the humanitarian effort was to be located. She set to work immediately, ordering some nearby soldiers over. "Help us, come on!"
Her voice was strong and demanding, and left no room for dispute. They shouldered their arms and rushed over, taking some boxes from Fiorella's who aides who followed her out off the helicopter.
She turned to them. "Alright, kids, let's get this organized. We got more birds coming in soon." Her chopper had, quite naturally, left well before the Chinooks had. "Gianna, I want to meet with the base commander. Arrange it. Massimo, I want you to get these soldiers to give us space -- handle the Chinooks when they come in. We'll want to set up near the entrance, get a queue set up. When the first bird is empty, have them go back for fliers and drop them in the surrounding area. Come on, people, let's get these pups fed!"
The clap of her hands was barely audible above the sound of the Sea King, but still easily visible and hard to mistake. Her aides rushed off to handle their respective jobs.
In the meantime, Fiorella headed back to her helicopter and poked her head in to talk to the pilot. "Go back to the Misericordia, pick up some fliers, and then head to Palla. Drop 'em everywhere, doesn't matter. As long as they know who came and saved 'em. Right? Right, go."
She headed away from the Sea King and turned, watching as it lifted back up off the tarmac and turned toward the relief flotilla. As she watched it disappear into the distance, she couldn't help but wonder what was going to happen here. With the riots as they were, she didn't really have the faith in their ability to calm the situation and come out unscathed. She'd start drafting the death notices when she could sit down at her laptop -- it would save her time later, when she would be undoubtedly too grieved to write well enough.

That is excellent news. The detachment of 2000 Imperial Army Personnel, under the command of Colonel Leonid Czalski, will be sent alongside the food supplies promised. They should be arriving in your nation shortly.
1500 Hours, Somewhere over Wolf Hold
Colonel Czalski cursed silently to himself as another batch of violent turbulence rocked the quartet of heavy transport aircraft. He had always hated flying, and indeed he had laid a formal protest when he was told he was being sent to Wolf Hold this way. Czalski had been born in Eastern Drozdograd, right on the Volzgradien coastline. He wasn't a fan of the ocean either, but at least it was better then flying. He craned his head back and observed the plane's dreary matte black interior. He, along with almost 650 of his comrades, had been flying for almost 7 hours since they took off from Kalyinev Air Force Base. All of them were irritable and they shifted uncomfortably in their heavy field gear. Czalski yawned quietly and shifted his gaze over to the man beside him.
"How are you holding up Tokalov?" Czalski inquired.
"Fine...fine. Got bad stomach cramps though," Tokalov replied somewhat weakly as he turned to face his commanding officer, "probably shouldn't have eaten the rations they gave us huh?"
"Gotta love the airline food" Czalski snorted as he regarded the half finished slop of a meal he had been served earlier.
"ETA at Wolf Hold airport in 5 minutes. Gear up and be ready for immediate deployment." The intercom blared after a few moments of ear grating static. Czalski sighed and began to ready his rather substantial amount of equipment. Tokalov shrugged his shoulders and began to inspect his DSR-95 assault rifle. A few minutes later, the heavily laden Volzgradien aircraft landed on the Wolf Hold airport with a great impact. Almost immediately after stopping, the Volzgradiens leaped from their seats and scurried out of the massive aircraft. The aircraft loaded with provisions was hastily unloaded and sent on its way.
"This is Colonel Leonid Czalski to Wolf Hold Command, supplies have landed safely and are being loaded up as I speak. My men are ready for immediate deployment, simply tell us where to go.

"God damn it, my base is being turned into a humanitarian base! And you have your planes parked where the god damn civvies want to land! So Wing Commander, do me a favor and get your F-15Es in the Air and Providing CAP!" Wolf Mountain Air Force Base Commandant, The Wolf's Air General Huttser was very much pissed off. He didn't like the idea of civillians on his base, the premier military insitaltion in the Wolf Hold aside from The Fang and now it was been turned into civvie central. "Sir we have SHS helicopters unloading over staging ground 4, staging ground 3 appears to have been used by the forces from Volzgrad, staging 2 and 1 are being used by the WHAF Combat troops. However we have our F-15Es, Eurofighter Typhoons and F-22s ready for immediate take-off and combat." Air General Huttser listened to his comms soldier as he strolled across staging ground 7, which at that time was full of F-15Es that had been moved off the other 4 staging grounds. Stoping and turning to radio operator, he placed his hand infront of him and waited for the operator to pass him the broadcast phone. Flicking the power on the General adressed the base.
"This is the Commandant, The base is now at Code Red-12 , I repeat Code Red-12. All security teams to stations, All reserves to mobilisation zones, all civillains be aware that any deviation from pre-set areas will result in severe consequences! Anyone wishing to meet with base command staff is to head to the HQ Tent of the 11th WHAF combat troop at Staging ground 4."
Handing the broadcaster back to the operator he turned around but stopped as his personal radio squaked, the voice of a volzagradian soldier. "Finnaly, A soldier and not one of these wolf damned civvies. Colonel Leonid Czalski this is Wolf's Air General Huttser could you meet me at the HQ tent of the 11th WHAF Combat troop, we have to co-ordinate with the damned civies."

"Affirmative General Huttser, I'm on my way." Czalski replied calmly. The Wolf Hold commander was clearly irate, and he didn't want to get on the bad side of him so quickly. He glanced over his shoulder at the Volzgradien troops near him.
"Karkarin, Dudlyanov, you're with me," He yelled over the sounds of yet more landing civilian aircraft, "Tokalov, stay here and make sure the supplies are shipped without problems." The men called out their various acknowledgments before heading out to meet their required tasks. Lieutenants Karkarin and Dudlyanov, both long time friends and colleagues of Czalski, ran forward to catch up with their now jogging commander.
"We're supposed to meet the Wolf 's Air General Huttser at the HQ tent of the 11th WHAF Combat Troop. Stay sharp and alert, I want first impressions to be good." Czalski ordered the two men without even turning his head. The Lieutenants nodded before falling in step with Czalski. It had only taken a few civillians to send the base tits up. This is why he didn'y like civillians. Walking over to the water dispenser in the corner of the tent he noticed 3 men, obviouisly soldiers but definatly not from the Wolf Hold. Not that they really mattered they wernt civvies and thats all he cared about. As he walked over to them the anger and stress was clear on his face, however he greated them with a smile. It was about that moment that Fiorella entered the tent of the commandant. She had heard what he was saying, having hesitated before entering, and responded. "If you had fifteen thousand troops, you'd have fifty thousand civilian casualties. I assume you've been watching the news?"
She smiled and immediately changed the subject. "I am Signora Fiorella de Rossi and I'm in charge of this mission. I've sent immediate relief to Port Palla, if you don't mind, and we're going to arrange for small food drops in dangerous provinces while we try to organize delivery to safer zones. "The General and I of course meant no such disrespect to you or your organization, of that I am sure Signora Fiorella de Rossie." Czalski apologized earnestly, with all the aristocratic pomp that he could muster. Colonel Czalski regained his posture and glanced nervously over at General Huttser. He prayed that the man would keep his anger at bay and play along with his apologies. Despite being a career soldier, Czalski knew that one raging tirade from the General at de Rossie could potentially sour relations between the nations of Wolf Hold and Santheres very quickly and make distributing aid much more difficult.

The General who was just about to show Colonel Czalski a map with the current troop and law enforment deployments on, swung around and stared at the woman who had just barged into HIS command tent, critizsed HIS troops and even insuinuated that they would willing kill their OWN people. The Generals hand dropped down to his hoster as he regainedthe ability to speak after being shocked into silence by this pompus civillian.
"Signora Fiorella de Rossi......Signora Fiorella de Rossi" The Wolf's Air General repeated icily, giving her one of his coldest stares he continued in a low, threatining almost growl of a voice. "Signora Fiorella de Rossi do you DARE to insinuate that Wolf Hold Military would willing shoot and massacre their own people, their own friends or their family! You suggest that I don't watch the news, I do and I have mourned every death be it Civillain or Military as they are all citizens of the Wolf hold! This is still our country, These are still our people! So whilst the Marshall is still in command that will be so! " The rest of the troops and staff in the tent were now very nervous, some of the WHAF Combat Troops had their rifles simi raised. General Huttsers anger was legendery, Signora Fiorella de Rossi couldnt of picked a worse person in the entire Wolf Hold, other then the 1st Wolf's Marshall of course to piss off.

She smiled again, showing off perfect, white teeth. "The SHS thought we might sacrifice our own resources to keep your government in power and your people from dying. Surely your apparent anger is out of frustration, not out of any lack of gratitude?"
She paused for a second, but not long enough for a reply, and turned to the Volzgradian. "Well, aren't you a gentleman. I hear good things about Volzgrad. Now...," she clapped, rather loudly, and said in as cheerful a voice as she could manage, "let's we together stop a crisis, shall we?"

Czalski let out the deep breath that he had been holding in throughout the entire exchange of words. The situation hadn't exactly gone smoothly, but it was better then he had expected. Czalski chuckled slightly when he realized that the only reason the confrontation ended was because of another angry mob. He straightened the dark green, peaked cap on his head and raised his hand slowly.
"Excuse me General Huttser, but is there anyway that my troops and I may be of any assistance? We are fairly well equipped to fend off a mob, though I'm afraid we have more lethal weaponry then non-lethal."

Turning quickly back to Colonel Czalski, General Huttser considered the propsiton for a moment. "It might be an idea if you send some of your men to the Main Gate Colonel, that will be the flashpoint. I have a full company guarding the gate, as well a troop of WMIKs and the FSG of 4th WHAF Combat Troop. That makes a total of 300 men. However the FSG and WMIKs are all equpiped with heavy and light machine guns, so they are useless at the moment. Yeah send some men up to the main gate, hopefully the rubber bullets my men are unloading plus the arrival of fresh troops should force the rioters back. However tell your men, if they get hostile, they are to open fire alongside the rest of my men. We don't like it but it is our jobs."

Fiorella's voice lowered and she had a worried look in her eye. Still, she tried to maintain the confident front. "Let me send someone to try to reason with them, offer them supplies. The General once more turned around to adress Fiorella, "I know what an insurection is like, I fought in the first one that brough the Marshall into power. Please you may go and try and reason with the 400 odd people who are abying at the gates and who for the last 10 odd minutes have been subject to a bombardment of rubber bullets, water hoses, riot gas etc. So with pleasure go down and try and reason with them. However colonel still send your men as Ms Fiorella will need an escort."

She nodded. "Gianna will do it. I need to handle organization. She's outside, Colonel, if you don't mind. You have amps or something, I trust? We'll give it a shot on the ground and if that doesn't work, try to get your birds to broadcast. They want food, surely they haven't forgotten that."
It was a fairly random decision, really, though not entirely out of line with general SHS protocol. As with many Santherese, her people were willing to risk their lives for the greater good of fighting human suffering. That didn't mean they knew how to handle themselves when actually in that situation, of course, but at least they would try. She just hoped she was right about the mob backing down if given food.
Stepping over to the entrance of the tent, she leaned out and called to Gianna. "You have a mob to talk to. Toss some packages to them and tell them there's more where it came from if they put down their weapons and maintain order."
"Umm, will that work?"
Fiorella shrugged. "It can't hurt."

"Of course General, my men shall ensure that the rioters do not breach the Main Gate. We'll try our best to stay non-lethal, though it appears the situation is escalating beyond the limits of mere rubber bullets." Colonel Czalski replied as he and Lieutenant Karkarin made their way out of the HQ tent. The Santheres woman was already outside and talking to another somewhat dumbfounded SHS member. Czalski didn't feel like interrupting her, so he quickly turned to face his nervous adjutant.
"Patch me through to Tokalov." Czalski hastily ordered. Karkarin nodded and handed the radio headset to the Colonel without a word. Czalski grabbed the offered headset rapidly, removed his peaked cap, and put on the communications device.
"One, Three, are you receiving?" Czalski asked calmly. A few moments of static passed.
"Three, One, hearing you loud and clear. I take it the meeting went well?" Tokalov responded.
"We'll discuss that later. I want you to send Platoons 5 through 10 to the base's Main Gate ASAP. Trouble's brewing outside."
"Affirmative. Ps 5-10 heading to Main Gate. Is that all Colonel?"
"Tokalov, I want you to stay where you are and form a defensive barrier. I want a fresh reserve force and defenses in place in case the rioters break through."
"Confirmed. Tokalov out."
Czalski calmly handed the chrome coloured headset back to his adjutant. He turned and faced Fiorella, who was now finishing the conversation with her colleague.
"Milady, my men and I are ready to move out. Simply say the word and we'll cover you and your friends. As for your question, yes I believe two of our aircraft are equipped with amps. They're old, but I'm sure they still work to a degree."

Twenty miles from The Wolf Hold coastline a black hulled submarine surfaced just long enough to release three self-inflating boats under the cover of darkness. In each boat were four members of the elite Nightstalkers, the best trained soldiers in the McLeodian armed forces. They carried no badges, no tattoos, no McLeodian equipment, and were fluent in several languages. If captured, they would simply be local insurgents who were dissatisfied with life in their country any more.
The three boats split up, and made their way towards the shore using silenced outboard engines, confident that the submarine would never have been spotted this far out, especially running silent on batteries like she was. Each squad was made up of two men and two women, to improve their cover stories. The weapons they carried had been bought years before off a black-market dealer in a now defunct nation, and were available in hundreds of nations across the globe.
Once they reached shore, their orders were to split up and head for the areas of unrest using their forged ID and money. They were then to do anything necessary to stir up the rioting into full blown revolution, and force the Wolf Hold Navy to withdraw from its foolish stand against North Defese.

IC: Masburel Base - Wolf Hold
General Grove was working on some missives for his Commander back home when a Private ran in red faced and breathing hard. He saluted sloppily as he struggled for breath.
"Problem Private?" asked Grove standing up behind his desk.
"Yes Sir. The Wolf Holdians are rioting in the streets. Food Shortage. Volzgrad, SHS and The Battlehawk have all sent in AID and soldiers to help the Wolf Holdian army." the Private panted, trying desperately hard to control the panic in his eyes.
"I beg your pardon? Why have I not been informed of it before now? If other countries have AID workers here already. Volzgrad is at least 7hours away, longer in some planes." Grove turned swiftly to the televsion behind him, ficking through the news channels all of which were solely focused on the escalating crisis not just in the major cities but outside the bases aswell now. "Why have you not told me of this before now!?" Groves voice rose as his face paled at the severity of the situation his men had overlooked.
"Get out of my sight!" He roared at the quivering Private who quickly scurried from the room. Quickly he sat down behind his computer and composed to the 1st Wolf Marshall.

Subject: Food Riots
We apologise profusely for our gross negligence and the appalling lack of communication within my base that has lead to us not offering our serivices in your time of need. I have 2000 men at my disposal who I am willing to send to whichever of your bases or cities you feel that need our help the most. I will be sending a message to our President asking him to send food and AID workers as fast as possible which I am confident he cannot refuse.
Once again I can do nothing but apologise for our lack of action up to this point
Signed
General Grove
Grove sighed as he sent the message. This was not going to be pretty when the President found out what had happened. He could see himself falling quickly back down the ranks he'd fought so hard to climb through. Nevertheless the Wolf Holdians needed food, they as a country were more important than his position in the army.

As you may have seen on the news, there are food riots destroying the Wolf Holds cities. I am asking on behalf of our allies for any surplus food to be sent as soons as possible to the Wolf Hold to help ease the situation. I would also ask that you put Aquitaine AB on full alert in case we require their assistance in any upcoming problems controlling the civillian population in the Wolf Hold.
As the Wolf Hold are one of our closest allies I do not see how we can ignore them in their time of need.

President Montravel sighed as his computer beeped telling him he had yet another message which usually meant he had another problem to deal with. His eyes grew wider as he read the message from General Grove. They narrowed again as he thought through the situation. He had seen the crisis in the Wolf Hold begin to escalate nearly 2 days previously. Why had this idiot of a man not asked for help sooner? What kind of morons would the 1st Wolf Marshall think they were? His face paled as he thought of the imposing man he had only met once to finalise plans for the base and the embassy. He closed the message and roared down the intercom for his assistant to come in and write a message to the 1st Wolf Marshall as he dictated it. He began to pace as his agitation got the better of him.

We would like to offer our condolences to the families and friends of the victims of the anarchists in your country. We also have an extra 10,000 men ready to leave their bases within 30minutes of orders being receieved that they are needed to help control the rioters in your cities and outside your bases.
We apologise for not reacting quicker to the situation and we hope that this will not affect our diplomatic relationship.

OOC:Why does everyone come down on the nation that suggests Black Ops....Anyways, my Black Ops teams are all officialy from Bigtopia. However, they are 100% Daiwizian. The miracle of bribes ;) Wolf Hold, you'll obviously play the resistance leader, since from what I've seen that's what they'v become. Would you mind letting me know where to drop them? It needs to be close to the area where they will meet the resistance, and it needs to be suitable to parajumping into.
IC:
Rain was falling from the sky, as if the clouds were shedding tears for the men and women already lost in Wolf Hold, makign the runway slick with freezing water. Black forboding clouds covered the sky as Martin prepared to take off. His SL-14 Air Ambulance vibrated violently as the jets began to warm up, after being left on the tarmack in such bad weather.
As he was preparing the plane for take off, supplies were being loaded upon the plane, destined for Wolf Hold. Labeled as humanitarian supplies, and destined for Wolf Mountain, they would not make it. Instead of food within the crates, there were weapons of all sorts, ammunition, and anything else that was required for a revolutionary force. The reason for this, was that Universal Defence had decided that by creating more fighting within Wolf Hold, the soldiers of said nation would need to buy more and more weapons. Whenever there is a war, the company that creates weapons for said wars makes more profit in a month than in an entire year.
Additionally to the weapons, were a squad of Ketsnaz, and they were the best of the best of the best. Few could match them in any feild. There was Martin, who could pilot any vehicle known to man. Luther, the leader of the group. He was a born killer, never without less than four knives, normaly six or more. Undasi, the demolitionist. Graduated College at age 16, and was a genius with explosives. Graith, son of Graith Dr'klow. He had been sent to Bigtopia to learn their language, however he had ended up in the slums and gained a different education. He enjoyed killing enemy soldiers, and was always carring a machine gun. These four would meet up with local revolutionary leaders, supply them with arms, ammunition, and most important of all, training.
As the final box was loaded onto the plane, the three men climbed into the plane, and took a seat upon boxes of various sizes, some legit, some not. The plane leapt into the air like a bird, and soon they were on their own.
OOC:Ok, I am dealing with this as it doesn't carry on outside of the thread. Also, all I'm trying to do is be fair...I mean seriously! Everyone is sending troops to KILL the people, yet no-one goes to help the civilians. All I'm trying to do is make this thread even more interesting.

After the Volzgrad Colonel and the woman from the SHS had left, Wolf's Air General Huttser looked back to the security feeds. The riots were slowly geting more agressive at both gates. However the scene at the secondary gate was getting more and more worrysome. The Maingate seemed to be staying at just rocks and bricks but the secondary gate was now at molotovs and more dangerous projectiles. Then the general stood in horror as he saw men falling from the guard towers and pools of blood apperaing from underneath them. He looked at his radio tech and just nooded. With a serious look on his face the radio tech yelled down his radio, "Open Fire, Return Fire!"
Secondary Gate, Wolf Mountain AFB
"Sniper! Man Down! Man Down!" The cry went up as the bullet shot rang out and the two soldiers in the guard tower fell to the ground with a sickening cruch. "Medic! Medic! Med...." Another soldier began to yell before being shot through the head. "Take cover! Take Cover" Yelled Captain McMaun, who was incharge of the security at the Secondary Gate. Now alongside the sniper shots came more shots from people in the crowd who had some how procured weapons. McMaun peaked his head and MAC 56 Rifle around the corner of the barrackade he was hiding behind and squezzed off two shots. The .303 rounds tore into a AK-47 weilding anarchist blowing his head and right arm off. However this minor victory was put to shadow as grenade flew over the gate and exploded next to a Wolf WMIK, destroying it and killing its crew of 3. Two soldiers squezzed off rounds with thier MAC 56 rifles and killed another anarchists. That was all that was left now, was anrchists, the sensible ones had run away and had left just the anarchists to kill the soldiers, however there was still a substantial amount of anarchists and they had a sniper our there somewhere. "We are pinned down! We are pinned down! Requesting support!" McMaun called over the radio. "Support is on its way, ETA momentarily" McMaun looked up as he heard the sound of helicoper blades. Comming in from the direction of the Heliport were two AH-1Z Super Cobras. They began to hover above the main gate, some anarchists were foolish enough to try and shoot the Cobras down, however the weapons had no effect and so they started to run, it was to late for them. The 3 barreled 20mm M197 Gatling gun underneath the cobra began to unleash utter hell into the anarchists, there was no where for them to run.

"Dammit! Who the hell is firing!" Czalski yelled out as he heard gunshots erupt from the Secondary Gate. He clearly saw several Wolf Hold guards dead or dieing on the ground. Despite the chaos, he could still not hear anything too bad coming from the Main Gate, which was a great relief considering they were overstretched as is. Czalski rose from concrete block he was taking cover behind and jogged over to his adjutant. Karkarin handed the Colonel the radio's headset wordlessly once again.
"Three, One, we've got gunfire coming from the Secondary gate. Head there ASAP and ensure the area remains stable. I'll be heading there as well so don't panic." Czalski ordered, somewhat more nervously this time.
"One, Three, message received and being carried out." Tokalov responded in his regular monotonous voice.
Czalski returned the headset and gazed back at the Secondary gate. By the looks of it, Wolf Hold air power was beginning to show its dominance as he clearly saw a duo of AH-1Zs laying waste to whoever happened to be attacking the area. It looked like they had the situation under control, but Czalski did not get to where he was now by being incautious. Even if the area was secure, he wanted some of his men over there to ensure it stayed that way.

Wolf Mountain AFB, Main Gate
Gianna was yelling through a megaphone at the crowd, keeping her distance as best she could and calmly repeating her statements in a variety of ways. “This is the Santherese Humanitarian Society. We have food for you. Please stay calm; we can only feed you all if you are orderly. We are not soldiers, we are the Santherese Humanitarian Society…,” she ducked a rock that was aimed quite clearly directly at her head. “We have brought food! We will give you food! Please do not attack us, we are unarmed. We are not with the Wolf Hold military -- we want to help you. Please let us help you. We have food and medicine for all of you!”
As she continued her monologue about her identity and purpose, a Sea King passed overhead, skirting the gunships that were nearby. It was white and bore the green checkered cross of the SHS, clearly not a military helicopter. They dropped papers into the crowd, hundreds of pages, all fliers that espoused peace and order, and the promise of free food and supplies for everyone who would let the SHS help them.
“We have food, look! Here, we much more where this comes from.” Gianna held up two boxes of rations, the solid and preserved type rather than MREs. She walked slowly up the gate, holding the boxes out. “Please, take it. You can all have more just like these.” Sticking the boxes in a small gap, she looked at the nearest person, someone relatively calm, though clearly hungry, afraid … impatient. They were probably all like this and the sheer fact that they were a group magnified their fear and anxiety. Oh, sure, there are the few throwing rocks and other such relatively-harmless projectiles, but many of those were simply doing what the mob was doing because that was who they were -- members of a mob. “Take it, please. Eat. Tell others. I have so much food for you and I want to give it to you.”
She stepped back and increased the volume of the megaphone. “I want to give you what you want. Please tell me what you want. I can give you food and medicines, and doctors, whatever you need. Please stay calm.”
A rock smacked into her shoulder, a sharp corner jabbing painfully. She tried to ignore it. The rocks were thinning out, as far as she could tell, though perhaps they simply weren’t targeting her as much anymore. Maybe the fliers and the symbolic gesture of handing the one man two boxes of food actually helped.
Secondary Gate
One low-flying Chinook laden with crates was passing over, mostly unaware of how the situation had broken on this side of the base. As it passed over the crowd, the pilot saw the burst of a Molotov cocktail. And then something hit the window beside him, cracking it. He panicked, despite the window having deflected the bullet. “Fuck, they’re shooting at me!” he cried into his headset. “Oh shit, shit, shit, why the hell are they shooting at me? I’m at the secondary gate, shit, don’t go there!”
Below him, as he passed into the base and unbeknownst to him in his state, the pallet his bird was lifting was hit by a cocktail. The flames didn’t tear at the whole of the block of crates but licked at it slowly -- they were widespread enough, though, that the helicopter’s speed didn’t help, if it even would. He approached the drop site, the pallet burning.
Behind him, gunships unloaded on the crowd.

President Montravel stabbed the button on his intercom, his black mood not improved by the Wolf Holds dig at his country.
"Get Grove to prepare to recieve 40 tonnes of food. I don't care HOW he organises it just GET IT ORGANISED!" he roared down the intercom. The secretary on the end was used to his moodswings...but she'd bever seen him quite this bad before. Not waiting to be shouted at again she sent a quick message to Grove warning him of the planes he was going to have to accomodate for.
Masburel Base - Wolf Hold
Grove blanched as the message popped up on his computer. A C-5 Galaxy was on its way from Masburel. He stalked to the door shouting for his 2nd in command. He was going to need to carefully plan this if he was going to avoid mishap. First he had to find somewhere for the C-5 to land then he had to co-ordinate the removal of the food and the distribution of it to the (relatively) nearby city of Tanith. He'd have to clear the main runway which really wasn't going to please Wing Commander Amure, who was supposed to be training his rookies today but this was a matter of who did you want to piss of less....President Montravel and the 1st Wolf Marshall or Amure. He'd take Amure anyday. Shouting to one of his Privates to go and send the message to Amure he walked into the conference "room" (tent they were using to co-ordinate at the present time)
"Right, how are we going to get the food from here to Tanith? We currently have 6 Merlin HC3s to play with. What we need to work out is how we are then going to get the food out of the helicopters or are there any places where we can land and give the people their food rather than dropping it on their heads?"
Grove pulled out a map of the Wolf Hold and smoothed it out on the table. "Here is Tanith" he said pointing "Aha we can land in this park....not many trees...no water to really bother us....and you cannot miss it as its oposite a government building shaped like a banana...." he flipped out his PDA to verify that fact but the map didnt lie. He shrugged once to himself. Not exactly his choice of dècor but whatever floated their boats. He quickly folded up the map and turned back to the other man in the room.
"Any questions?" the man shook his head "Good, right go and tell Wing Commander Amure we need his men ready for take of as soon as the C-5 lands."

"OH MY GOD!" screamed a woman in the crowd. "THEY JUST KILLED MY BROTHER OVER A THE OTHER GATE. DON'T LISTEN TO THEM, THEY JUST WANT TO KILL YOU." With that she collapsed to her knees sobbing, before the man next to her picked her up and led her away, crying on his shoulder. Halfway through the crowd, rage hit, and she turned, screaming obscenities at the soldiers visible through the gates, an accusing finger singling out a confident woman with a megaphone.
"YOU WITCH. YOU AND YOUR B*STARD SOLDIERS KILLED MY BROTHER"
Behind her, someone threw a rock forwards and over the gate towards the woman, then another sailed past, arching high over the defenders.

Port Palla
As, perhaps, the sole remaining population center in the Wolf Hold that still had a rather strong sense of order in the air, the SHS people sent there had faced relatively few problems. Of course, there was always the group of people -- sometimes thugs, sometimes desperate kids -- demanding as much as they could carry, but they got what they asked for. After all, they wouldn’t do anything if their hands were full.
It was a minority, at least, and most of the people still had some sense of decency that dictated they wait in proper queues.
Fliers blanketed the streets and volunteers roamed in groups -- for safety -- putting up signs of where to go for Santherese food, where to go to escape soldiers, where to go for free medical care. One might say they were sprinkled with propaganda (“Let Santheres help you, not Wolf soldiers,” “Bread, not guns,” “SHS - we help the oppressed.”) and indeed that one might be correct. It wasn’t important, though. What would the pups do? Santheres, in the state it was, had more than a leg up on them -- hell, the weakest House could probably pose a challenge for them.
Of course, it wasn’t power projection in any way. The SHS was truly humanitarian. They just disapproved of a government that would let their country fall into such anarchy as it had.
Wolf Mountain AFB, Main Gate
“We are not soldiers. We will tell the soldiers to back off.” She turned to the side and screamed at the soldiers that were steadily arriving in greater numbers, “Back off! We don’t want you here. Let us help these people!”
She hoped it wouldn’t get her into trouble later.
Turning back to the group, she motioned for several of her aides to hand food out. She dodged a higher concentration of rocks that before. They had to run out sometime, right? Instructing the mob, she said, “Take this food, please. If you just disperse, we can give you all the food you want and these damn soldiers can go away. I don’t like them, either! I promise! You can tell I’m not one of them! I look nothing at all like them! We are not soldiers, we are unarmed. Please, take this food and help us feed you all.” It was true; her complexion and other features were quite different, and indeed her clothes were nothing at all like those of the soldiers or even those in the crowd. Hers, and those of the men and women around her, were finely tailored examples of Santherese fashion. They were quite clearly from elsewhere. Whether or not that was actually a good thing was unclear, however.
Wolf Mountain AFB, Drop Point
The Chinook stayed well above the tarmac and it was quite evident to the pilot now that his cargo was on fire. All around beneath the chopper, SHS and nearby soldiers rushed to save what they could, trying to put out the flames that threatened to consume the ton of supplies the pallet contained.
Nearby, other choppers were unloading, having made it over the secondary gate without incident -- provided you could describe seeing dozens of people ruthlessly gunned down as without incident.

"Zoom." The dark room was lit only by a large screen at the far end of the room, showing the main gate of Wolf Mountain from an orbiting satellite. The image zoomed in, showing the protestors outside the gate very clearly.
"Well, they've done a right good job FUBARing that, haven't they?"
"You cannot blame them. It's human instinct. If you don't have food, you want to know why. If you don't get a good reason, well, then you kill things."

She tried hard not to cringe or gag. "We are feeding Port Palla as I speak. All I want to do is give you food. You need food or you will starve. Please don't starve. I don't want you to starve. She waved someone over, and that person held out a clear box of peanut butter crackers, motioning for someone to take it.
As the megaphone made sound very difficult to hear properly anywhere except in front of her, she said, "These soldiers are murderers, you know that. A male voice from the crowd piped up. "They've got food. Why should we wait to be given it like dogs. Lets just fucking take it. Please stay calm. We are bringing tons of food to the gate so that you can take what you want. Just give us a moment, they are loading trucks to bring your food to you."
Glancing back at one of her helpers, she said quickly, "Go have a chopper or two divert here. They can have the entire damn pallet."
The volunteer ran a bit away from the crowd to get away from the nose and called in the order on her radio. Within moments, a Chinook started making its way to the main gate, a cube of crates in a sling beneath it. It would fly low near the mob, try to set the pallet down, and lose the ropes connecting it, just so some of the mob would be placated. It would at least buy them time -- hungry people cared more about food than silly orders that had little to do with readily-accessible food.

Wolf Mountain, Secondary Gate
The Volzgradien troops were just now beginning to take up defensive positions around the main gates. The situation appeared to be calming down gradually, but Czalski knew that it could explode at any moment. Not only that, but the security of the SHS personnel was his responsibility now. Even the slightest casualties would mean a black mark on his record. The Main Gate, while still under siege from angry protesters, was calmer then the Colonel had expected it to be. The Secondary Gate was more worrisome. The Wolf Hold troops had actively gunned down several dozen members of the mob, be they anarchists or civilians, this naturally meant that the response would be most hostile on that side. Then again, only the most foolishly brave or just plain stupid rioter would dare to go up against two gunships and several platoons of entrenched infantrymen.
"One to all units. Arrange in Close Order Drill behind the gate's barricades. If the crowd gets hostile, utilize Volley Firing Pattern Bravo. No wasted shots, I want civilian casualties to a minimum." Czalski ordered as he approached the Secondary Gate. With the initial panic of the attack ebbing away, the Wolf Hold troops were now reorganizing themselves much more efficiently. To his right, he could see several platoons of Volzgradien Imperial Army personnel, his men, approaching the gate steadily and cautiously.
"Looks like the situation is stable Leonid." The Volzgradien officer of the other platoon shouted to Czalski. He was a tall, thickset man in his late 30's by the name of Stanislav Alexandrovic.
"So it appears Lieutenant," Czalski replied lazily as he waved the Volzgradien troops into cover "but I doubt it will remain so for too long."
"Unfortunately, I agree." The Lieutenant replied as he and his men took positions behind a quartet of concrete barricades. Arranged in Close Order Drill, the Volzgradiens had perfect view and firing position of the Secondary Gate.
They were ready for just about anything.

The sound of aircraft filled Groves ears. He had been on tenterhooks since he'd got the message from Montravel. There had been far too much waiting around for his liking. He now had 6 choppers prepped and ready. The sound of the C-5 got louder and Grove offered a final prayer of thanks that finally they could get to do something. He had heard reports that the violence was escalating around some of the bases although as far as he was aware his base had been left alone. He wondered how long that would last after the nearby populace heard about the large quantity of food about to land inside his walls. He walked outside his office just in time to see the C-5 touch down. He quickly marched over to the plane and started organising the relocation of the food from the C-5 to the Merlins. as an extra precaution they were taking an extra man and less food and they would be landing one chopper at a time, giving out food and sending the empty chopper back to base to reload. Although this would be a lengthy process it meant he could provide more security to his men which was his first priority.
"How are we doing?" He asked Wind Commander Amure
"Very good sir, we're right on schedule. We should be feeding the Wolf Holdians in 30 mins max."
"Too bad the government can't feed them really" Grove responded under his breath "Good, make sure the men are prepared for any eventuality" ha said in a louder voice before turning away and heading back to the office.

Wolf Mountain AFB, Main Gate
Captain Harven had had enough of these anarchists. They weren’t Wolf Hold citizens. They forfeited that right when they threw the first rock. The woman from the SHS was handing out random packets off food and trying to calm the crowd down. It was never go to happen. As more rocks flew over the sandbags, Captain Harven decided it was time for action, he ran up the steps to the bunker overlooking the main gate and tapped two soldiers on the back. "Tear Gas now! Straight into the crowd!" As soon as he finished the order, the two soldiers opened fire with there 40mm grenade launchers sending riot gas into the crowd. Next Harven ran up to the Crowd Suppression Guns on the roof of the bunker. These converted HMGs had a high rate of fire and they could fire rubber bullets. "Gunners, suppress that crowd, Rubber bullets!" The two CSGs opened fire, spraying rubber bullets all over the crowd, knocking several people down with the force of the shots. As he rested behind a concrete barrier, Harven heard the two AH-1Zs open up on the riot at the secondary gate. He couldn't help but feel sorry for the poor people who were on the receiving end of that torrent of fire.
He was brought back to the main gate situation as one of the CSG gunners was brought down by a well placed rock. He also noticed the smell of burning, in his little reverie the anarchists had lobbed Molotov’s. "Damn it!" Harven yelled to himself as he ran across the open ground behind the gate as Molotov’s and rocks landed all around him. Reaching the far side and running up the steps of the second bunker, he found who he was looking for.
The company sniper was scanning the crowd, tapping the sniper on his back to get his attention Harven peered out next to him, "Can you see the ringleaders?" Harven asked
"A few" came the cold reply
"Take one out for me."
"Rubber bullets, sir?"
"No, use a 50cal round"
"Sir, yes sir" With that the sniper began reloading his M107 rifle and Captain Harven got on the Company net. "This is Foxfire 1 to all Foxfire units, sniper is firing upon ringleaders, all Foxfire units are to hold fire, this is not incoming rounds, I repeat not incoming rounds. Foxfire out" after that message was out, he turned back to the sniper. "Ready?"
"Ready!"
"Open Fire"
The sniper found his target almost immediately. Calling out to his spotter next to him, who had been quiet for the short conversation. The spotter began calling out adjustments for the sniper to put into his scope.
"Stationary target, standing on Freelander, Range 200, Wind speed 4, Elevation 45 degrees, Fire....Fire.....Fire!" On the third utterance of fire, the sniper pulled the trigger of the M107, its crosshairs firmly set upon the anarchists chest. This particular one had been stupid enough to climb on top of a freelander and begin shouting the crowd on. The bang from the rifle was immense as the 50 calibre bullet shot from the floating barrel and went straight for the mans chest. Hitting him squarely in the torso, it was like his chest exploded, with blood and guts going everywhere.
Wolf Mountain AFB, Secondary Gate
"This is Gunship 5-1, Guns are dry"
"Gunship 5-2, Guns dry"
As the voices of the gunship pilots echoed over the radio, the pilots observed the slaughter at the secondary gate. Body’s lay pulverised on the floor, with the ood person still trying to fire off a round. These brave but foolish hearts were quickly put down by a .303 round from the soldiers. A brave group of about 20 had somehow managed to get hold of an RPG, god know how. This didn’t particularly worry the Cobra pilot of Gunship 5-1, who turned the AH-1Z slowly and opened up with the 2.75" rocket pods. The 38 rockets streaked into the hill, blasting the 20 men apart.
"Secondary Gate Secure, Gunship 5-1 returning to re-fuel and re-arm"
"5-2, RTBing"
As the 2 AH-1Zs left to return to the helipad, 2 more AH-1Zs took of, ready to provide support.
"Gunship 2-1 and 2-2 on station"
Wolf Mountain AFB, Control Room
"Battlehawk forces get over to the Main gate, possible gate breach in progress, shots fired!"
To: Void Templarian 7th Airborne Urban Division Command
From: Wolf Mountain AFB Command
We need as many men as possible to secure the AFB, I fear a possible uprising.
OOC: Thought a map might help.

<Wolf Mountain AFB, Main Gate>
The woman slammed into the gate, scrabbling at it, trying to get to the woman on the other side. Tears were streaming down her face now, and she had lost all sense of personal safety. She wanted revenge. Behind her, the crowd surged forward again, goaded from behind by the instigators. Then came the flash point. As the helicopter approached, the rocks were instead thrown high into the air, aiming for the blades and cockpit. Seconds later, a Molotov cocktail sailed high over the gate, aimed at the troops beyond it.

"Incoming!" A Battlehawk Soldier yelled as the Molotov flew towards them, the soldiers scattered, advoiding the blast. The Soliders reacted and weapons were cocked, a difficult situation could get much worse, very quickly. One of the soldiers picked out a woman, who appeared to be trying to batter the gate down singlehanditly

<Wolf Mountain AFB, Main Gate>
The woman was completely oblivious to the fire and the danger she was in, and was now trying to force her way in the gate, screaming obscenities at the line of soldiers ahead. A man joined her, trying to climb over the top of the gate. As he was halfway up the gate, he called again to the crowd behind him
"Screw the fascist scum. Lets just get food for ourselves. COME ON!"

The Battlehawk Soliders tensed as they began to climb the fence. They looked along the line at their Captain, who nodded. They understood the nod, they were to use Hand to hand combat to take down any civvilians, but would be authorised to shoot, should their lives be endangered.

(OOC: sorry for the short, crappy post but you guys are moving too fast past an important event that I need to post for)
When the soldiers opened fire, it would have been a good idea to tell the SHS personnel. With the machine gunners positioned as they were, aiming at the front of the crowd as would be natural, Fiorella and her people were in the line of fire. They had been to busy to hear the orders being yelled, and hadn't paid much attention, or had time to react anyway, when the tear gas was fired.
So, when the crowd was fired into by the gunners, several of the SHS personnel were hit. Whether they were shot or not, they hit they ground in fear of their safety. Fiorella herself was hit in the head by one of the rubber bullets and dropped immediately, her megaphone flying ahead. She rolled on the ground and tried to roll over and scramble away, her head bleeding from where the bullet had broken the skin.

Czalski had wasted no time in running towards the main gate when the Hold Hold troops unleashed their unrelenting torrent of fire. Much to Czalski's relief, the Wolf Hold troops at the Secondary Gate had hung on well and had managed to secure the premises quite..."efficiently." The Main Gate however appeared as if it was about to be engulfed. The only thing he could hear from the direction of his destination was screaming and gunshots. Rubber bullets or not, Czalski knew that the crowd would keep coming. Behind him, Czalski could hear the 40 men of Alpha Platoon, his command platoon, jogging cautiously with weapons raised.
"Wolf Hold Command, this is Volzgrad One. We are moving to support at Main Gate. Do we have permission to fire, I repeat permission to fire?" Czalski roared into the radio's plastic molded handset as he and his platoon finally came to a stop outside the front gates. As far as he could see, it was chaos. Despite the Wolf Hold firepower, the anarchists were advancing doggedly forward.
"Close Order Drill! Volley Pattern Beta! Aim for the mob's ringleaders!" Czalski yelled over the cacophony of noise. Wordlessly, the Volzgradiens followed his command and formed themselves into 2 parallel lines, 2 men deep, all with their gleaming rifles aimed at the mobs surging forward.

"Listen up, lads!" Sergeant Korbinian shouted over the roar of the cargo planes engines, as it ferried them towards their target. There were about 10 planes, each one carrying 1 squad of 10. "The situation is hot down there, they got some cocky fucking civvies throwing stones and firebombs. Expect a couple to have firearms. You have permission to engage with lethal force, so fire free. Anyone who surrenders, send them back towards the native army. Got it?"
"Yessir!" The red light above the bay door flicked off, then on into a green.
"Hope your parachutes are working boys!" The door opened, the wind rushing past pulling at the clothes of the airborne. "Ottokar, if yours isn't, I call dibs on your harmonica!"
"Screw the harmonica, I call dibs on his wife."
Above the gate, the soldiers jumped out of the back of the plane, some landing on rooftops, most landing behind the gate near the Battlehawk soldiers. They drew their XM8s and took aim, not firing yet, waiting for a reaction from the crowd. Korbinian shouted to the man climbing the gate.
"Get down and get the hell away from the gate or we'll shoot you!"
OOC: Too many soldiers? I can downsize it.
