Prime-Minister Said Mahmoud, steps up to the podium, infront of over 50,000people

Welcome to the Parliment Buildings, citizens, press and representives. Its are great pleasure to announce Bohovia has purchased 7 nuclear weopons, and Its 1st batch of nuks. We have come so far, as you know we have over 50 nuclear power plants, witch powers ALL of Bohovia, many nations, were suspicous, and telling us that this plant would cause a nuclear meltdown, but we showed these nations, we could maintain these dangerous, and potiently destructrive resourses. This is why we have now purchased these nuclear weopons, and will be storing them in a under-ground classified military base. We will only use such weopons if the world depends on it, Bohovia's nation strenth has risen over 250%, and we now protected more then ever. We are still a peacefull and peacekeeping nation and will continue to do so.

In addition we have hired another 675,000 soliders, and 240 cruise missiles. As well as new Navy capabilitys. We will displaying are stats(OOC: On my sig.) Thank you, that is all.

OOC: I am not a noob, I have almost 1 BILLION citizens, the requirment to begin RP'ing nuks in 100 million, I just stoped posting on forums for a while. I have the capibilitys to purchase nuks.

As a rule, if you spell nukes "nuks," you probably shouldn't have them.
