Rufaro Dumisani, a professor at the University of Windoek, conducted a global study to find the five most traveled cities in the world. As the head of International Studies at the University she conducted the survey with the help of her students. They conducted the survey over a two month period in which three hundred million people from every nation (not 300,000,000 each) were surveyed. The results are listed below.

Dubai has become the go to place in the Middle East when it comes to tourism. The United Federation has benefited for the sale of oil, of which it is a major exporter. The resulting economic success turned Dubai into a world class city as the per capita rose dramatically. Dubai, an oasis in the desert, has given rise to some of the most creative and stunningly beautiful skyscrapers in the world. It continues to push the boundaries of conventional thinking as artificial islands and mind-bending towers continue to take shape.
4. Chicago, Illinois, Layarteb

Surprisingly enough Chicago beat out Layarteb City in this survey. Chicago has long since been climbing the ranks in Layarteb and the world for that matter as a premier city. Millennium Park is world famous and Chicago is legendary for its steakhouses. Sitting on scenic Lake Michigan, Chicago ranks as number four in this list.
3.Hong Kong, China, United East Asian Republic

Incredible architecture and an amazing nightlife have catapulted Hong Kong to number three. The skyline at night is a sight to behold. Even more incredible is the fact that Hong Kong ranks as third despite the Republic's strict travel restrictions. Nevertheless its combination of modern life and ancient history make it a destination to consider.
