Grimmeberg

From the turmoil of Central and Eastern Europe a new power has arisen: The Alemannic Federation of Grimmeberg. This new entity will ensure that the Germanic-speaking peoples of the world (and a few hapless non-Germanic-speakers) shall never again be spat on!
Innsbruck, Austria
Senator Rudolph von Ulm shuddered. He sincerely hoped he would be backed up in his job of breaking the news that the new country would be led by someone who was essentially a 'constitutional dictator.'
There'll be a fucking riot, I guarentee it. If the Captain-General doesn't back me up, I'm shit outta luck, and I'll probably be given a state funeral in a few hours. he thought pessimistically.
As he stepped up to the podium in the crowded hall, he realized he needn't have been worried. A tall, sallow man in an unadorned military uniform was standing off to the left, with several Alemannic soldiers near the stage with riot gear.
Von Ulm collected his thoughts and papers and began to break the news.

Danzig (Gdansk), Alemannic East Prussia
Captain-General Markus Dreyse watched the remaining Polish 'nationalist' stronghold in the port recieve numerous shells from propelled howitzers, and a portion of the bunker crumbled. Roughly 200 Alemannic panzergrenadiers surrounded the battered fortification, taking potshots at the defenders with their old G-4 assault rifles.
Damn, I've got to do something about those rifles, Dreyse thought with irritation. And those tanks? I thought Leopard 2's were supposed to be tough, but I've already lost eight of the 22 I started with. Half of our equipment is out of date, but the fucking Russen aren't helping things either, stubborn bastards.
He sighed. They were just going to have to push harder, because they sure as hell weren't resting until they at least reached the Vistula, but preferably all the way to the old Lithuanian part of Poland. He could at least rest easy knowing his rear was securd. The Alsacian French had let go of Alsalce and Lorraine with barely a fight, even fortress Metz. Dreyse snorted. Leave it to the French to lose ahead of schedule.
