Article I. The Embassy's Rights.

Under this embassy programme, any embassy established in the Principality of Selinary is to be granted absolute diplomatic immunity from any Selaniran laws and customs, established by the Government of Selinary and upheld by the Courts of Selinary. All of the embassy's staff is to be, like the embassy they work in, full diplomatic immunity from Selinary's laws and customs. This will apply to all embassies established in Selinary from this moment onwards.

Article II. Maximum Amounts of Staff.

Throughout the duration of this embassy service, the Government of Selinary wishes to make it clear to all nation-states that the official maximum amount of staff in all embassies established in Selinary will be exactly fifty people. The maximum amount on diplomatic staff will be placed at twenty-five, the maximum amount of security staff at twenty and the maximum amount of technical staff - cleaners and the like - at ten. We would recommend this combination to all, but we will not enforce it.

Article III. Limitations on Weaponry and Vehicles.

Due to security concerns, the Government of Selinary wishes to state that weapons are limited to assault rifles, such as the Heckler & Koch G36 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heckler_%26_Koch_G36), the standard assault rifle of the Königliche Selanarian Kräfte, or Royal Selanarian Forces. Anything more 'powerful' than an assault rifle is strictly forbidden. No more than 50 weapons are allowed in the embassy.

On the issue of vehicles, all vehicles will be accepted as long as they are not armed. The maximum amount of vehicles is placed at five.
