Greetings
We are currently completing construction of an international and inter continental mail hub at Cranan Su* airport and wish to make it's services available to other carriers as our common carrier status requires up to. Those that already have freight or commercial flights landing at Cranan Su* may wish to piggy back on those services and the port of Cranan Su* is due to be complete soon. It may also make a scheduled service to Cranan Su* viable as the mail is going there anyway. Nations that lack flight need not worry as the port has a dedicated rail link to the air port which is bonded so items never formally enter the commonwealth.
The purpose of the hub is to allow nations to easily transport mail between independent carriers, the RCM will accommodate most requests, with in reason. Mail carrying craft must be civilian, or at least carry minimal armaments. Obviously there will be a charge for the service how ever heavy users are welcome to open negotiations for bulk discounts, the normal charges are as follows:
0.0024 NS$ : normal and large letters
0.005 NS$ per Kg: for normal parcels
0.01 NS$: for large or unusual packages with in reason. Obviously this cost will change depending on how unusual the item is.
This is just the cost of using the hub, onwards costs will be a matter for the organisations using the hub and landing fees also have to be taken into account. The facility also offers accommodation for crews as the commonwealth insists on a twelve hour lay over for all crews (We don't care if you crash at home, but we don't want sleep deprived pilots in our sky) .
