Greetings sentients it has come to our attention that cleansing everything in sight is not a very cost effective way of doing business as such we are opening up a sphere for diplomatic relations or "embassies"

Sections:

Alpha: This section is centrally located in the sphere and is close to commons areas and the bridge. A small waterfall has been built following into a meadow for the common area.

Beta: This section is in the lower part of the sphere, it is the closest to the escape crafts and the loading/unloading zones. A small common area is provided, stimulates a small town central street.

Gamma: This section is in the upper part of the sphere, it is closest to the outer projectors or windows that face outside giving a special view of the universe as the sphere moves through it.

Representing numerous humanoid species, the Federation Council generally adopts a neutral status in interstellar conflicts, believing most disputes can be resolved via diplomacy and compromise.

To whom it may concern,

The Federation Council is pleased to see a concerted effort towards diplomacy on the part of the Technonauts, and will be honoured to be amongst the first to establish contact via an embassy within Sphere 42. We hope others recognise this effort and respect your government's new direction regardless of past 'cleansing' actions.

Please find attached the requested form, completed with necessary details. Should our request be accepted, Ambassador Jerin and assorted personnel will be dispatched aboard USS Merrimack post-haste. In the interests of furthering cordial relations, the Technonauts are welcome to establish a reciprocal embassy within the Federation to allow for expedient communications. This is, of course, not a requirement.
