I am the ruler of the newly-formed Kingdom of Ten Stars. I figured it would be a good idea to introduce myself to more powerful countries, and hopefully get support from some of them.

Yes and all your subjects, its very messy procedure and only a small percentage survive but you won't have to worry about that, will you?

No cleansed, extermination is just a nasty side effect of the cleansing. any who we generally allow a few breeding pairs to survive, to repopulate the species for further cleansing later on. Though there have been a few rare cases where extermination was the main goal but I doubt you should worry to much about that..
Now if you really what them, we do have a few starter videos of what cleansing is though uploading them may take a time(say 24 hours or so)

ooc: depends, do you want to rp in the past, in the present, or in the future?
Past Tech would be for ancient (and non modern) RP's.
Modern and Post Modern Tech are for today and is by far the most popular one.
Future Tech would be for futuristic (like space colonization etc.) RP's.
Personally, you don't have to pick one, but its nice for other nation's to know what you will RP as.
