Techno-Soviet Embassy Exchange

Overview:

After a long wait and a few moderately intense minutes of deliberation, the Technocratic Council has decided to open embassies in our nation. As such, we ask that you follow a few simple rules, fill out a form and hopefully (probably not, we're not selective) you'll be accepted.


Restrictions:


No more than sixty (60) embassy staff. This does not include advisers for your ambassador.

No more than fifteen (15) embassy guards.

No high-caliber (.50 BMG and up), high-velocity, anti-material, anti-armor or high-explosive weapons will be allowed on the embassy premises. Discovery will result in fines, searching of any vehicles or vessels belonging to the nation which the embassy belongs and confiscation of weapons.

Any weapons of mass destruction (biological, nuclear, chemical, etc.) that are discovered will result in your ambassador being vacated (with or without use of force) along with any embassy staff. Your weapons (WMDs, vehicles and small arms) will be confiscated and destroyed.

Maximum limit of one helicopter and three ground vehicles per embassy. No, you can't have heavily armored vehicles. The best thing you can have is something like an HMMWV or other bullet-resistant vehicle to transport your diplomat places.

You're allowed a maximum of one (1) LMG. No (0) HMGs or GPMGs are allowed.

Embassy guards are allowed to carry sidearms and SMGs while on duty. We ask that they only carry pistols or less-than-lethal weapons while off embassy premises. You may store heavier weapons, that are within restrictions, at the embassy. This includes assault rifles, carbines and other large weapons.

Diplomats are immune from petty crimes, but are not exempt from crimes such as murder, conspiracy, rape or any crime of similar caliber.

Each nation's embassy is recognized as that nation's sovereign territory and will be treated as such.

My nation has never made any threats, or has threatened an act of war or an invasion and also my nation has not once been hostility towards another nation, however my nation has withdrawn from the Nuclear Proliferation Coalition, and all of the 500MT and the 200MT nuclear warheads have been dismantled, disposed into uranium energy which provides my powerplants with producing adequate electricity, my nation has also extended it's hold on the nuclear program for an additional two months, and a very strong possibility that the nuclear program in my nation will be cancelled, after the two months real time period.

So we would like a standard embassy in your nation in improving our relations, building trust and also in the near future to establish trade routes.
