OOC: I want to point out, right here and now, that all threats made to Kraveska were in OOC, and there is absolutely no way that any of the following actions can be traced back to Griffincrest.

Claudius Griffincrest pondered over just what to do about the Kraveska situation for several hours, hearing and denying the many ideas on just how to go about with the nations destruction. Finally, Claudius had narrowed the invasion idea down to just two choices, both intended to avoid a naval conflict that would undoubtedly ensue when the world police came to aide the tiny nation. One choice, a massive orbital drop, something entirely untested by Griffincrest, and to his knowledge, anybody else. The other was a tactic that had worked for them before.

A few hours later, a Kubran national stood on line at Pime Taradox International Airport, Zukariaa. A bit further back, a Royal British national casually awaited his turn to pass through security, and just behind him, a pair of Sylvonian brothers. These men, all seemingly unconnected, were preparing to board a flight to Kraveska.

Within hours, the men had arrived, and made their way to three different hotels. As their plane landed, a large fishing ship far out to sea let out a small boat, which made its way towards the Kraveskan shore.

At the same time, at Khu International Airport in Sulaymaan, another group was preparing for their flight to Kraveska. A Stratorian man looked impatient as guards looked through his baggages. Ahead of him, already looking for his gate, an Alversian was asking a security guard for directions. Stepping out of a cab, a British Londinian grabbed his belongings and entered the airport. Finally, capping off the group, a 50 something year old Wanderjarian was sitting at a fast food stand in the airport food lounge, waiting for his flight.

These men too, would make their way to four different hotels around Kraveska. Once there, all they had to do was wait.

Listen up. We DO NOT want war. We did have the right to secede from your alliance, and if you make any hostile action toward us, it will not be beneficial to your cause.

What I do care about is my Citizens being used as Covert operatives to wage war on a country which I bear no ill will against. I don't even mind the idea of it, it's the fact that you did it without asking for my permission or even telling me what you were doing.

OOCly I'm assuming that in the end Blackcrest would blow something up, that or commando-raid something/one, kill it, then blow it up on live TV, and decided to save myself the time/effort of timing a post properly and did the IC in advance.

The fact that every CA member is apparently informed of these shindigs in advance helps. Usually the bigger tip-off is when a new member who hasn't learned to tell the dif tween Griffy-O and Blackfederacy decides to castle-swamp "the new threat" with their uber-1337-fleet of "over 9000" ships.

And the correct verb for the title is "spelunking".

OOC: Regardless of your payment plan, the fact remains that when buying everything in sight, you will incur debts. While this normally wouldn't be all that big of a deal, let's remember that your nation has other concerns than just buying up oil and uranium.

The storefront argument, by the way, is a poor one. Despite the fact that you may make, let's say, one trillion dollars, in your storefront, the government only takes a portion of that in taxes. The rest goes towards actually improving the company, paying wages, etc. I co-run a multinational naval production corporation which sells upwards of a trillion dollars worth of merchandise yearly, but that doesn't mean that I can buy up small nations on a daily basis.

Seeing as how Kraveskan authorities did not intercept the small boat, it made its way to shore, where the two man crew hopped out and began unloading crates onto the dark, empty beach.

All eight of the men had recieved a color, either black or gold, the colors of Griffincrest, and a time and place to meet on the beach. They would now find out what these things were all for. All of the men from the Zukariaan flight were gold, and the other flight black. The men from the boats explained the rest. The black team was going to target the oil refineries of Kraveska, the gold would strike the banks. Hopefully, with such a small nation, these teams could do some real economic damage.

The two men on the boats handed out assault rifles, bombs, body armor, and other pieces of equipment to the eight men, and then set out for the final part of their mission. They had to find a cargo ship, any cargo ship at all in Kraveskan waters, and set to work lining it with explosives.
