North Defese Announcment
Supreme Chanceller Palentine has decided it would be in the nations best interest to establish a colony on the chain of islands, Northern of the mainland.
Our interest in the region is based around a huge oil reserve that was discovered a suprisingly low depth from the surface.
We negotiated a contract with the natives inhabiting the island, we will drill for 3 years, and the natives will get 25% of the profits.
A small military presence will be sent along with the Czerka workers, to protect them against terrorists, that South Defese may fund.


OOC: This statement is a lie, North Defese funded an assassination of the Natives leader, and now a puppet goverment is in place.


The Natives are low-middle tech'ish. Their capital, Tasvokia, has a opulation of 25,000.
The rest is a Jamacian style island.

Within hours of this annoucement, a small team off Shadow Recon soldiers were on the island. The Intelligence service had found the ND announcement rather suspicious and the team had been dispatched to do recon. They had traveled by plane, followed by commandeering a civvilian ship that dropped them off within swimming range. Now ashore they began to set out.

OOC: note, they wear not insignia or anything and neither does any support they have, so they can't be traced back to the Battlehawk.

"..yes sir..." The soldier was saying into his walkie talky..."We saw the ship move close to shore, and a couple men jumped out. The ship is leaving, what should we do?"

One of the shadows came up behind him, as the soldier waited for a responce, he cocked his weapon that was an inch behind the soldiers head. Meanwhile the rest of the squad was clearing the rest of the ship with their silencers on.

Though you have withdrawn from the nation of South defese (you still have yet to pay for the damage) we are still considering invading the island. It will be a guarantee that we will invade should you choose not to pay South Defese, but if you do not withdraw from this island within 48 hours, we shall invade. Past experience tells us that you most likely forced such an agreement to happen between you and the natives.

If you would send an inspection team to check on the island before making such outragous comments, you would see that the Czercia Company has established a presence on the island, we are just providing goverment funding for the drilling of oil.

The natives have a signed document allowing us to be there, here is the link to the agreement.

OOC: I never said there was only one team, it makes sense to have one team land and the other team take out any witnesses, besides the thread when I set up this Shadow organiation states that the teams work in two.
